The guys here are super knowledgeable and super friendly. I had to go back after purchasing one thing to fix the car, but it didn't work. The next item was close to what I was told to look for but wasn't exactly it. I tell you what, (what?) With the expert advice and easy return for the part that didn't work out. Not only is the car fixed, but it runs better than ever. Thanks guys!!

Jadon dropped in a new battery and installed new windshield wipers for my son’s car on a super cold day in January and he did it with a friendly and cheerful attitude! I appreciate this personal customer support!

Logan deserves a raise! I came in 30 minutes before close and he helped me to diagnose my dead battery, got me a great price for the new one, and was going to install it for free on his own time which I insisted he took some cash for! I was in a tough spot as someone who had never changed a battery and didn’t have the right tools. Thank you AutoZone!

So today I was helped tremendously . I got off the highway on 68 and my tire popped never being out that far or In this area I panicked because it was Saturday after 5pm and I knew all the tire shops where about closed. I had no jack and lacked the knowledge behind changing a tire ... I felt stumped. So firstly I went across the street to advanced auto parts where THEY WHERE NO HELP, cant let u uses a jack ... advanced loner tool service is you buy it and then they will refund it once ur done using it (if it qualifies for a return) and just so many barrels and turns. So I say well I’ll just go over to auto zone first before I spend any money... IM AT AUTO ZONE LESS THAN 5 mins and the guy has already offered to show me how to swap the tire as well as ALLOWED ME TO BORROW A JACK FOR MY EMERGENCY SITUATION! Than gave me a few pointers on where to find cheap tires. I OFFERED TO PAY AND HE SAID NO EVERY TIME ! I could not believe it! It was a complete 360 turn around from advanced!THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU !

Customer service was perfect! I went for a pickle fork set, but the store didn't have one. David offered to check the local stores, maybe they had one. The store at 60th and Kzoo did! David asked if I would like him to call and verify they had it and put it on hold for me, Yes Sir! David then proceeded to inform me that the tool can be return to ANY store, this I didn't know and was also very helpful! David "Thank You" for your exceptional customer service!

Kiley (younger black dude) checked me out today. super legit, friendly, and helpful. Went above and beyond to find the parts I needed and double checked everything make sure I was getting the right wheel bearing and best price. Highly recommend this location, and will be back for sure!

Get in the zone! This place is great. People are over helpful I feel almost like im.abusing them haha. They can do.many many.many services most of which are free. If you don't know much about your local auto zone I suggest you get down there right now and start learning. They even have dummy guides for how to fix your car.
