The CVS inside Target at 1135 Woodstock Rd has a consistently helpful team staffing the counter. I am very glad I found this CVS location!

The only reason I stayed at the CVS on the corner across the street for 3 years, was the drive-through, which hardly ever ended up being more convenient. Using this pharmacy for anything was such a ridiculous hassle and unpleasant experience so often that I finally switched to this one inside the Target last year. And oh my god, it's so vastly different. Easy, friendly, helpful, and quick.

I changed to this CVS pharmacy a while ago. It’s good! Is it crowded sometimes- yes but sometimes we have to wait. The staff is typically helpful.I haven’t had any issues. I like that it is in Target in case I need to pick up a few things.

The pharmacy at this particular CVS has been great. Frank, the pharmacist, gives the best advice and really cares about the patient. He makes suggestions and follows up. Can't say enough about the customer service at this CVS!

The pharmacists here know my name and the names of my pets (because they get prescriptions filled there too) and ask about them. It feels like a small town neighborhood pharmacy from Ye Olden Days... but with the convenience of being in a Target.

Too many texts and robo-calls (boooo, CVS, BAD!!), but that's just the nature of the world we live in, I'm afraid. I think it's really sweet that the pharmacist has learned that texts and calls stress me out and will proactively review my account to help me avoid them.

Look, nobody goes to a pharmacy for funsies, it's because you're sick or chronically ill or injured or you have something medical going on. This pharmacy makes it not suck.

Excellent customer service. Provide more pharmacy techs. Pharmacy staff is always helpful.

I love the staff who works here. They are very sweet, remembers your name, quick, helpful. Best CVS location I've ever been to.

They all know my name and stuff. It's like cheers but instead of beer they give me my birth control and thyroid medication.

Staff here is great. Frank, one of the pharmacists can patiently explain whatever you need. CVS is just more expensive than everyone else.

It really doesn’t matter which CVS you use, they all suck!
Every single month I have to jump through hoops with this group.
They receive prescriptions from my Dr. And even though it says 3 month supply is covered by my insurance and CVS Caremark called them directly to confirm this, they still cannot get it right that I am covered for this. I don’t know what their interview process is, but my 13 year old niece could do this job better.
If my company insurance plan allowed me to use any other pharmacy, I would go anywhere else at this point.

Waited for over an hour for prescription after having great service from the CVS Minute Clinic. Have never seen such chaos and arguing from the employees behind the counter. Raised voices and confusion at pick up counter. Think these people are very stressed and unhappy employees. Suggest you visit another pharmacy.

Worst customer service ever! Every time I’m there, I stand at least 10 minutes with no acknowledgment at all. Not even a “be right with you”. Usually no stock and I’m told to go somewhere else. Today, It took almost 6 hours before I could get med’s for a sick child straightened out. Absolutely ridiculous and I don’t recommend this pharmacy.

Literally the worst pharmacy ever. Besides the horribly long wait every single time, they refuse to keep my medicine in stock and take over a week to special order it (not an uncommon medicine at all), but also won't take my prescription more than a couple days in advance of needing to be refilled. They only gave me 30 of the 60 pills I was supposed to get, denied it, took 2 days to get back to me and then said they could give me 16 of the 30 missing. Pretty sure that is illegal on their behalf to half fill a prescription 2 weeks after the fact. I will be going somewhere else moving forward for sure.

The pharmacists here are really slow and terribly rude. The people across the street are much more polite. Lafreda smith was the pharmacist's name and she seemed like she didn't know what she was doing.

Worst pharmaceutical experience of my life. Eloise, was hurtful, condescending and rude. As a pharmacist or receptionist of a pharmacy, she should have a better bedside manner. Everyone in this world is dealing with a battle and she should have considered that before speaking to me the way she did. I gave her that chance myself, thinking maybe she was also having an uphill battle this morning, but she continued to be unprofessional and when I asked to speak with someone else, she was defensive and unwilling until I demanded it. I'm sorry to say, I will taking my longtime business elsewhere. Enough is enough - especially these days.
