I recently bought a car seat for my dog, but upon opening it, I discovered that the product had been previously used and then returned. I immediately went back to the store and explained the situation to the cashier. She was very helpful and offered to process a return for me. The manager was called to assist us and he checked to see if they had any more in stock, but unfortunately, they did not. He then offered to refund the seat. I asked if they would sell it to me at a discount, so I wouldn't have to go to another store to look for a replacement. Meanwhile, the cashier kindly lint-rolled the car seat to make it cleaner for my dog. Overall, I was very pleased with the customer service provided by the store.

I was very happy with the grooming my two dogs received. One of them was really dirty, and they completely got her clean.

We use PetSmart for our dog's grooming. That was take good care of him and he comes out looking really sweet.

I love the petsmart groomers at this location in Roswell. My dog is almost 15 years old, deaf, and blind and they are soo gentle with him. Just wonderful people. I trust them with my dog completely. I recommend making an appointment and giving ypur dog a pampered day in their grooming salon.

I love per stores and PetSmart is the best and friendliest one. I also love stopping by and seeing all those adorable kitties for adoption. I wish I could take them all. I enjoy going by the birds and fish too. Beautiful! And of course they always have everything I'm looking for. You're the best!

After a few miscommunications regarding my dogs grooming appointment, I want to acknowledge the professionalism and great customer service given by Torin. Great place, I'd never been before but I was surprised with all the variety of products and of course the pets. Totally amazed with the cats variety, I almost got two of them. The lady who attended us was really kind and professional. I obtained all the information I needed. My daughter was astonished with the cats, totally in love. Definitely recommended it, and coming back soon to adopt a pet!

Every time I come here the employees are so nice and helpful. I get my dogs groomed here by Cindy A. She’s so patient and loving with them. My dogs also get seen by the vets at the Banfield in this store. They are also so loving and patient with my dogs. Highly recommend this location for all of your pet needs.

I love anyplace that's pet friendly, but petsmart is always a pleasure. Not overly crowded but when there's a rush at checkout, employees fill every register if they can to help you. Even Cooper, my beagle, gave them 2 paws up!

Brought my 7 month old, “excited” puppy in to get a nail grind. The ladies in the grooming area were very kind and were not the least worried that she was so energetic. They did a great job and my puppy didn’t seem even a bit bothered by the experience. I will be back!

I love this store. They have a nice variety of things, many different kinds of everything. They are incredible at treats, chews, toys, and I love the travel supplies selection, too. I never really need to worry about not being able to find something for my fur boy as he grows stages to stages.

We just got a rescue dog 18 months after losing our 12 year old rescue. PetSmart employees were very friendly and helped us to get the best deals available on beds, collars, etc. They were very attentive to our new pet. We met several other dog owners who also brought their dog shopping. This was a great experience and we will be sure to bring our dog with us each time we shop at PetSmart.

We just had to try this grooming salon after watching 3 groomers work on a single dog...and we are glad we did! They do an expert job, have never cut or nicked skin, my Standard Poodles look just great, and the price is waaay lower than we have ever paid for grooming in the past...I cannot recommend this salon highly enough!
