AT&T Store

I live in the city but dislike the AT&T stores near me due to bad customer service and I happened to be in the area of this store and came to this location. Both guys were good and nice and greeted me immediately when I walked in the store and Chris helped me with upgrading my phone and the other young man helped me the next day with trading in my phone. Very easy process & both gentlemen were polite. I would recommend this store location.

Brandon was a huge help to my family and I getting us set up on new devices. The entire staff had a very positive attitude from the start and provided helpful information throughout the experience.

Great people here. Not overly crowded, and they’re good at what they do, so they’re quick to getting things done too.

This store is awesome! Jojo and Mark helped me get a new phone and tablet! They saved me money and got me a unlimited data plan! They made me feel at home, and made sure my mom understood her phone. They took that extra step and I greatly appreciate that. Highly recommend this store.

Enrique was so knowledgeable, helpful and kind to us from start to finish. He listened to our every need and recommended great accessories and even installed our screen protectors for us. We went over several scenarios for our bill and left very satisfied recurring customers. We have had ATT for over 15 years and we were ready to switch to Xfinity Mobile if we didn't like the deal we got that day but he wouldn’t let us walk out until we were happy with our decision. We highly recommend that store and especially Enrique.

Enrique is the bomb. Has great knowledge of the products and service he is selling. He was patient and very personable … enormously efficient with great calm. I’m taking my 93 year old mother, who lives in a different part of Houston, to the Woodway store.

I have been coming to this AT&T location for years and the last two visits have been awesome. Walter has taken VERY good care of me as a loyal customer and helped me lower my cell phone bill. I will be coming back to do my busy again and again. Thank you AT&T for hiring such great people to take care of your long time customers

I just wanna mention that these guys were very helpful regarding my bill analysis. Nagi was extremely helpful and managed to multi task helping other customers in store as he was taking care of my issue. Definitely a great team!

I’ve been going to this location for the last four years and love the one on one service. Julian provided great service yesterday and I am the proud owner of an I-phone X, Apple Watch and 6th generation i-pad! And the best part is, my monthly bill is lower! I highly recommend this location and their dedicated team.

Legit amazing customer service - best experience I've ever had in an ATT store! The employees are friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable.

Most of the workers there are very nice and are willing to do anything to appease customers' inquiries. However, the only improvement I'd say that it would need is AT&T needs a number for the stores to call and be directed to a human being. One time, I was having an issue, and the associate was on hold, pressing appropriate buttons. On that day I was at the store for 3 hours. Yes, THREE.

Great employees ; really knowledgeable and helpful ! Got a bogo out with Carlos , he helped set up my phones even when I forgot my Apple ID somehow he was able to retreat the info and keep all my contacts and pictures . Ask for him for any apple questions his good wit that brand .

I love coming to this store because everyone is so helpful. They always go above and beyond to help me with all my needs. No matter what issue I have by the time I leave the store it's been resolved. Courtney is the best she's always so nice and sweet!!

Walter, the store manager is amazing! My husband and I went in to try to get our uverse, internet, and cell bill lowered (after calling at&t multiple time with no success) Walter totally helped us out! He knows his stuff! Super fast and made it effortless. We walked out win new phones as well (which we needed) and he didn’t try to “sell” us but merely got us exactly what we were looking for and helped us set up everything! We got trade in value too! We ended up getting iPads bc there is a promo for 50.00 iPads and helped with trade in and setting up with that as well! This is my absolute go to store and on his card is his cell so he was eager to help if we had any questions after the fact. He sorted out our bill for us too! The best customer service experience!!!!

Alyssa was amazing, on a scale from 1-100 I would give her 1000! I won’t be visiting any other location or any other sales reps anymore. She is the only one who knows my iPhone 12 inside and out.

Jae is great at explaining things, prompt, and efficient. He has great customer service and worked to provide my family with services that best fit our needs. Our time with Jae was well spent and delightful.
