Shout out to Lowe’s on Bunker Hill! I stopped by last Friday around 10:00am after the Thursday evening storm, hoping to find a generator, of course they were sold out, but they said a truck was on its way with more, I can write my name on a list and they will call me when they arrive, I was skeptical, but nothing to loose, they did say that if I miss the call, I will loose my spot. I left the store and got a call around 11:15, they asked if I still wanted it, I said yes and went to pick it up! Thank you! You saved the day, made the 72hrs without power more bearable!

Well located, ample parking space.
The team was very helpful, suggested great things for my backyard improvement. It has great quality materials from fence cleaning, ample choice of tiles.

I just want to say I had a 5-star experience regarding customer support yesterday. I have a Built-In Microwave space in my home that has been very hard to spec out and Jessica gave me great feedback on how to solve my problem after I purchased a microwave earlier in the day from this store that turned out to be the wrong size. (I was able to return it with 100%refund) Jessica informed me that Lowe's will come to your house for a Microwave 'detail' and also let me know where Lowe's directly buys their Trim Accessories from.

Went to another Lowe’s to get a pvc pipe cut and was told no. I went to this location and employee Orlando was able to help. Unfortunately when I returned to have it cut he was somewhere else but another employee named Joseph was able to help me!

Clean, Well Organized, and Well Stocked Store. A bit more pricier than the other big box store , but we'll worth the extra. Pics of a few items I've purchased recently.

Shout out and Big Thanks to the Customer Service desk on my home repair project return items. Always glad to use the My Lowes card to sort my receipts and keep track of my purchases when I misplace my receipts.

In general, great customer service! Asia and a team of 3 other ladies did more than they HAD to when I called to ask if my online order might be ready in time for me to pick it up on my commute home. They would have been within rights to just repeat to me whatever the app said, but she and the others (i wish I'd gotten all their names) looked it up, manually pulled my item, and greeted me by name when I got into the store. Super friendly! Great service.

This is NOT the exception. In general, Lowes seems to treat me very well, but I wanted to call her out, specifically, for a great visit.

I would like Lowe's management team to know that Jerome was very helpful and outstanding and helped us in several different area's in the departments. Original we needed help with a door Jerome gave us some good advice since we told him we are getting a house built soon . He didn't rush us any question we had he answered with a smile. That's what customer service is all about. GREAT JOB 👍

Awesome customer service! Mr. James is the MVP. A very kind and pleasant guy who helped me get everything I needed. There was another guy who helped me choose my power washer' he was super helpful as well. I didnt get his name. I pleasure to shop here.

Love working with this store. The Pro Service staff is particularly helpful. Nadene and Sheba always have a smile at check out. Darrell is always helpful and informative. Mike is always ready to help load big items and is constantly cleaning up his area. The hardware area lead (Mike?) really knows is stuff. This Lowe’s is the best in the area of the four that I have been to. It is far better than the competition down the street.

Lowe's makes it easy to find everything you need! And returns are easy. If I need help the employees can take me right to what I need and are always friendly. Lowes honors the military with keeping it easy to use your military discount without hassle!

Quick and friendly service. My wife and I got some paint from here with glitter sparkles in it and we're extremely satisfied with the product. There was an employee that seemed like a know it all that really didn't but that's normal in these kinds of places. I won't hold it against Lowe's but it's whatever.

I needed A LOT of assistance in lumber, and the lumber manager Mike and associate Justin (Seven) were a huge help! They helped me find straight, clean 6x6x16' posts and spent a good deal of time assisting me in loading on my trailer. I really could not have done it alone since the boards were so heavy to handle. Mike and Justin were the dream team and made my load easy. Mike's knowledge and positive attitude was the best! It really impressed me and I will chose Lowes over Home Depot going forward because of his customer service. Thank you Mike!

The employees here are all super nice. This one nice lady at the checkout area always helps look up my account for me and fix any issues with checkout.

Great store with very helpful associates. Lots of well stocked shelves.

The items are quite complete and you can always buy what you want.

The employees are courteous and helpful. I had missed my window for a curbside pickup, and when I called to see if I could still come and pick it up, they checked to see if the return had been processed for me before I tried driving to the store. Luckily, the return hadn't been processed, so I was able to come and complete the pickup.

Nothing to complain about did not know they carry Craftsman

Pravina in the garden center check out is the greatest customer service oriented employee I have ever met at Lowe's. She goes above and beyond to help me find whatever it is I am looking for even if it's not in the garden center and as always Pleasant and kind and is the number one reason I shop at this Lowe's and not Home Depot. She should be promoted to regional manager yesterday! She's definitely smarter and more capable than whoever is in charge of that store now and that's saying something because the store is relatively well run but she would run it better and be the best boss of all time. It's just so rare that I meet somebody in retail that is so pleasant and so eager to help and old veteran like myself. She's a great person and an outstanding American!

Whomever the young man is in the paint department on 4/29/23 around 2:15 pm. He's outstanding. Serviced multiple people at the same time with the same pleasant, helpful demeanor. Have used him previously and experienced same while waiting - am horrid with names unfortunately. Each time he shows wanting to help whomever is in line, efficiently and with class. A keeper!
