Ace Hardware of Firestone

I was ordering a grill online from Ace because they had the best price on it. Store Pickup was grayed out as an option, only choice was ship home for a cool $267. Decided to call the store to verify. Nice customer service rep Clint said he could order the grill for me, AND, they offer free local delivery and assembly! Instantly sold, now that’s what I call customer service!

I don't know how much training is required or given to the employees here at the Ace hardware here in Firestone but every employee that I ask what isle a certain product is in they don't just say isle 7 or whatever, they will walk me right to the product and show me the differences available, Now thats training and super knowledgeable staff, as usual, thank you all again, your great !!

The people at my Ace Hardware walk between the aisles just looking for someone who looks like they need help. And the employees know all of the departments. If they, for some reason, can't help, they will find the most knowledgeable person there, and that person will likety-split take care of you.

Went in looking to find some hardware that a part didn't come with some gate stands. Eric not only helped me find the right parts, he made sure they were the absolute right fit by grinding them down so that there would be no damage to my hardwood floors. Recommend coming here for all your hardware needs. Great service and great store.

I always have a good experience at this place.
They carry amazing BBQ supplies. From rubs to sauces and accessories for my grill.
I have also had great luck finding anything i need to make repairs around the house.
The staff has also always been friendly. I dont think i have ever walked in and someone not say hi and ask if i need help.

I came here to get a couple patio chairs that I had ordered and get some concrete. The staff were so friendly and so helpful. The concrete bags were super heavy and they loaded all 5 80lb bags into my SUV for me, loaded my chairs, helped me pick out a bag of soil and then helped me at the checkout line. All the guys that helped me were so nice and made my trip quick and enjoyable. I didn't get their names, but they all deserve some recognition from management. Thanks again!

I prefer supporting a local business whenever possible. I have never found anyone in this store to be rude; always helpful! And my wife loves their funny card selection and she worked for Hallmark for close to twenty years!

Needed metal screws they to me straight to them 5 minutes I was happy and out the door.

Employees are so quick to acknowledge you and very helpful! I bought a fire pit a week ago. It had some issues with the grout around the tiles on top. I asked about it, and how to repair it. I was offered a discount along with suggestions on making a good repair. Great customer service! I much prefer shopping at Ace than other big box stores around the area.

Sooo.. I don't really shop here. My mom however loves this place. She shops here a couple of times a week and I occasionally accompany her. The people are awesome. She knows them all by name. They are knowledgeable. Full disclosure, every time my mom gets ready to shop for something here I send her a link to the same product for less at Home Depot. Been doing it for years. She ALWAYS comes to buy it here. Maybe it's something in the water?

The staff here are some of the friendliest people I've met. The owner is knowledgeable and willing to brainstorm ideas on whatever you're working on if you ask. This is also a good store for propane refills. They regularly send $5 off coupons if you sign up for their members rewards.

OK now we're talking about one of the best or the best hardware stores in the state, employee knowledge always excellent, customer service at checkout outstanding and they have earned my dedication as a return customer to an 11 baced on a scale of 1 to 10, thank you all and keep your standards where they are I don't think it could get any better

We come here to support our home maintenance and upgrade needs. Sometimes they have good competitive prices, sometimes not, but the things they do have are usually of good quality. We really haven't ever gone wrong doing business with ace.

I walked in, started walking toward a staff member and they immediately step forward and asked if they could help. I told what I needed and they took me right to it.

After getting what I came for, I looked around and found a couple more items I could use. I got in line at checkout, there was one person ahead of me being checked out and one the staff stepped over to another register and called me over to check out immediately.

I live in Thornton Colorado, and love my little neighborhood Ace Hardware as the management is great and the employees are super friendly and helpful. But, when I can, I periodically visit the Ace in Firestone. This store is huge and so fun to shop! If I were rich, I could easily spend thousands of dollars. The people are knowledge and friendly at this Ace Hardware as well, so I don't think you'd be disappointed. Both Ace stores are a little bit more expensive when purchasing items, but it's well worth my money to have great customer service! Keep up the great work!
