My henna is starting to fade, and I just got it yesterday.

Bought some sweaters. They are not so good a quality that you would expect!

If I could give this place zero stars I would! DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE YOUR BUSINESS YOU WILL REGRET IT!

While on vacation I discovered this store called, Bahama Mama. I bought this beautiful dress with sea horses and sea shells with a gold pattern scaling the bottom of the dress.

Once we arrived at home, I soaked the dress in vinegar over night (as suggested) so the color would set and not wash off onto my other clothes while washing. It did not work, but instead washed out the beautiful gold pattern at the end of my dress. It is now leaking blue/green dye, and this dress was $30.

I call to report my troubles and she starts by saying she'd have to contact the manager, then her and a man speak in another language and she returns with saying, " I believe you will have to come in store to exchange it. I'm going to let you speak with another coworker." She then hangs up on me, now I'm livid. I call back and tell them what they just did was wrong and I demand to speak with their supervisor. I now recognize the girls voice she is the woman who sold me the dress, she even said she remembers me there with my son and husband not even 2 days ago. She tells me to call back in 15 minutes so that way she can call her supervisor to see if I can get a refund.

I call back, and she says the supervisor said he will only do in store exchange, knowing this is a tourist location. They just rip people off, and know it!

Also, I purchased a Henna and it is already fading. This store needs to be closed! I'm surprised COVID didn't wipe this store out.

My mom and I were happy to spend money supporting this local business, especially after being closed due to COVID, until the man waiting on us decided to charge me $10 more for a sweatshirt saying that someone made a mistake and marked it lower. After showing him that all of them were marked that way he refused to honor the price marked on the item! It’s always been the practice in retail to take care of the customer obviously he has missed this important lesson. My mom spent over $100 and is planning to return what she purchased because of how I was treated. That’s ok, I took my money and was treated like a valued customer at The Decadent Dog and got a better quality sweatshirt in the process.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY i am 13 and I saved up my money for this and they only lasted a few hours same with all 4 of my friends!if you want a henna tattoo don’t go there! They last for a few hours! Worse than temporary tattoos! If I could give them a negative star I would give them -100000000000😡

Was in here after labor day. Found IDENTICAL sweatshirt, but for women, marked on sale for $30. The men's version was tagged at $46. I asked the owner if it was on sale. He said they were different. I had both in my hand in front of him! I offered him $35. His reply, "No, very popular, I will sell next year at the same price(broken english)". Found a comparable sweatshirt elsewhere. Other merchants say they get many complaints from other customers. Dont give this store your business! Side note: spoke with 3 other shops here in town afterwards, all 3 said they buy new merchandise each season, this guy obviously just keeps his stuff on the shelf as long as it takes...and at full cost after the season is close to an end, when all the other shops are marking their stuff down

Do not buy from these con artists. They adjust their prices and nothing is marked. They charged me $30 for two small bottles of sun screen.

Do not buy from this store!!!! I bought a sweatshirt that was faded on the arms and didn't notice it till I brought it home. I have called twice and the man who answered the phone hung up on me both times!!! Apparently, they do not provide good customer service and sell defective clothing!
