I visited the store and I was surprised to encounter two valuable team players who work for T-Mobile. These young ladies (Ms. Paige and Ms. Jael) were so polite and helpful. They smiled and were extra courteous and happy to help me with my needs. Store number #2760D Natrona Heights next to Walmart.

Just wanted to say I had the best service at the Natrona Heights Pa. Store. Ryan and Andrew were the best. Got me all set up with new internet and phone service. You guys are the best.

Dan was amazing, the man truly went above and beyond for me and my girlfriend trying to get us a phone that day. Unfortunately the customer service rep I talked to froze our account from adding a line, but Dan was genuinely trying to help us, he very knowledgeable on all the products and was extremely helpful. I have never had someone go so far to try to help me before.
Definitely earn his store 5 stars!

I love the people that work here...at T-Mobile natrona heights...I was recommended a phone 2 yrs ago ..one note..and LOVED it...I had to ask for a new phone because I broke my phone... Asked for another" one note " because it works awesome...( I dropped my phone ..my fault.. cracking the screen.. unfixable.. need my phone ASAP to see patients

Megan the manager was more then excellent with assisting me With all of my questions and needs. She was a fantastic salesperson and blew every question I had out without any questions or concerns!! She could run multiple stores with her knowledge and kindness.

Hello, This T Mobile store in Natrona Heights Walmart Plaza is a really nice store . The folks there are super nice and very helpful and if you have a question or a problem like I did , they take time to talk to you and figure what the problem night be. I was waited by Megan , who also a couple of years ago sold me my present phone. I had an issue with connecting to wi fi's other than my home network.. Megan suggested a couple of reasons why and it was determined that it might our portable hotspot wifi.. Megan was and is very nice and so are the other associates , whom I was listening as they were waiting on another older couple. Just nice people, easy access to store and lots of parking. When I bought my phone they were out of screen plate coverings , and even called the Pittsburgh Mills store for me to see if they had any . Pittsburgh Mills did and we went right down. We have been T Mobile customers for over 20 years. And no matter what store we go to, the folks are always great !! God Bless, Keith...

They helped me through the process of exchanging my phone from warranty issues. Also set up the new phone with all my info from my old phone.

Every time I go here I get great service. From switching to T-Mobile to changing my screen protectors and switching my phone. This is the best place for good customer service!
