Had a great experience with Josh. We were looking to make some changes to our plan and Josh asked good questions, listened carefully, and thoroughly explained all of our options. His focus was on our needs, not on getting us to spend more money. He's the person we'll trust with any of our Verizon needs in the future!

I was very fortunate to have Dylan as an assistant, and he spent 2 days resolving my issue and attending to other customers at the same time. Dude is a super hero in our house. Verizon really needs to acknowledge how hard of a working he is.

We put off getting new phones for way too long, because we were told by others that we would have to transfer all our data and social media accounts on our own, without the help of a Verizon salesperson. What a pleasant surprise to walk into the Natrona Heights, PA store and be greeted by a smiling Josh Mell, manager. He took care of everything, and went above and beyond, taking time to answer all our questions in ways that we could easily understand. He could not have been more helpful, and I will feel very comfortable coming back in to see him if I have questions about using my new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. I would highly recommend this store to my friends, and I would tell them to ask for Josh.

Josh was incredible helpful. I had issues online with my issue and Josh was extremely helpful in navigating the issue and actually saving me money and not costing me more money and time.
