Shipped my ski boots back to the east coast (ground delivery) for $32. Saved me lugging them and the service was quick and efficient.

I have been using the Breck UPS store for over 12 years and have had consistently excellent service. It is so refreshing to know your mail and packages will be where they are supposed to be and go without hassle Couldn’t recommend this place more especially up in mountains

I just noticed the surprising number of negative reviews for this UPS store and decided to post one myself, not that UPS stores really need reviews, it is a service that most of us use and need regardless of how friendly they are. I have used this UPS store, and had a PO box here for most of the last 11 years and I can't express strongly enough how wonderful everyone I have ever encountered here has been - all are very friendly and helpful!

Idk who these bad reviews are from. This is the best UPS store in the country. Best staff by far.

Amazing people, great store, and great service. This location deals with a huge volume and does a wonderful job. The staff and owners are an important part of what makes Breckenridge a warm and welcoming community.

This review is long overdue. I’ve read most of the the negative reviews and I’d say some have merit but most seem nit picky or others they just didn’t like what the store had to say or their policies and complaining about the cost of making a copy or other services is ridiculous. You try and own and run a store like this and you’ll see why they charge what they do and i think you’ll find that there is great value in what they provide. There’s a reason why you need to make a copy and if you don’t have the equipment, want to maintain that equipment, buy toner and paper then be thankful you have options that can provide you with the single copy you need. I think people forget, this is a business and not a charity. Speaking of, the business needs to employ people and these are some of the finest people in summit county. They are reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. What else could you ask for when dealing with a business? The $3 copy you complain about goes toward paying these amazing people and life is extremely expensive everywhere but especially here so please understand that anything you spend is going towards a great cause and allowing these amazing people the opportunity to live here and serve you. I know it stinks to have a package go missing and trying to understand the postal system here is a crash coarse in insanity so if you want to receive your package, get it from friendly people, use this UPS store and know that you can’t receive any better service than what you’ll find here. I know, I’ve used dozens of other locations throughout the US and it just doesn’t get any better. Much respect - the Burnettes

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful when it comes to packing, insurance, and shipping options. They really care that the job gets done right.

When I moved to Breck, I was lucky to get a box at the UPS store this winter. The service has been great and the staff knows me by name. Mail and packages can be a huge hassle in mountain towns and this ups store really takes the hassle out of receiving and sending in Breck.

I’ve been to many UPS locations- this one is by far the best. I’ve had several positive experiences. Today I had some issue with my returns and they were patient in spite of the extra headache. They went above and beyond. I am so grateful for this great service!

GREAT SERVICE! Everyone working in this store is extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable, organized, and FAST! I've had my PO box here for over 5 years and I would never go back to the Post Office. Anything you need, they can get it done. They know all the options right off the top of their head. Such a great staff. Ignore the negative reviews from impatient, unrealistic people. Anything inconvenient that happens is out of their control. Keep up the good work Jared and crew!

I moved to Breckenridge 5 months ago and established this store as my postal service. I have to say it’s been very nice to deal with ALL of the workers here—very friendly and helpful with a variety of services (shipping, receiving, computer, printing, and notary). MUCH better service here than you will get at the post office.!

Nicest people in the world! We were visiting for a ski trip and I bought a bottle of bourbon for my husband. It was open and I needed to have it packed to take in our luggage. Not only did they do an excellent (and very low cost) job of wrapping our bourbon, they were full of helpful and friendly advice on everything from getting to the airport to other types of local bourbon we might try. If you need any kind of packing or mailing done, I highly recommend them!

Our UPS store in Breckenridge goes above and beyond!!! I had 4 very large boxes and I set them on the curb while I parked my car. Out came Dalton to carry them in for me and then he retaped the weak spots!! In a matter of minutes I was done and Dalton and his crew couldn’t have been more helpful!!! We are fortunate to have such a great efficient UPS store!!

Convenient location and a necessary service for living or visiting a mountain town. Service is good and professional.

We had an issue with a shipment from the Breckenridge store to our house in Vermont. The issue was partly our fault and partly the fault of our local UPS location. Even though the Breckenridge store was not to blame, the manager and owner were very helpful in getting the issue resolved without us needing to pay for reshipment. Great UPS store!

The employees were very friendly and helpful when I went to set up a mailbox. I really appreciated Critter and the rest of the staff especially after my terrible experience with the local USPS.

We love and appreciate our UPS box location! We own a business in town and frequently get packages sent to this store and they are nothing but friendly, quick, and professional.

This store has excellent customer service. For the last four years, I have used them for all of my parcel & post needs. They are extremely competent and careful in packing shipments. You can sleep well when you use this UPS store.

I have had a box with them for about 3 years now and they have never lost a package and sending my own is quick and easy. Every time I walk in they know and greet me by name. This is by far the quickest and most painless errand I ever have on any given day.

Great customer service, great sense of humor, have helped carry stuff to my car, lent me their dolly, opened doors, and seem to run a tight ship. Have shipped everything from bikes, to skis, to big cases....
I'd trust them with my.... well, everything and anything I'd ever need shipped or mailed!
