DICK'S Sporting Goods

Went yesterday 12/1/23 at around 7:30PM to pick up my store pick up order. I was greeted by a very kind woman who was attentive right when I walked into the store. She helped me get my pick up order since it was my first time and got me in and out in under 3 minutes. Been going here for years and never had that great service till now.

Very well organized store. They had a great deal of variety of products. It was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. It is a very large store, but still easy to find what I was looking for.

Friendly helpful staff and good deals

Maddie (spelling?) was super helpful tonight. She and other associates helped me find everything that I needed. (I did an Instacart order there for the first time and immediately asked them for help since I'm rated on my speed, etc). Maddie was more than happy to help me find the items that I was looking for. She deserves a raise. Thanks!

This was my first time in the store and I experienced the most amazing customer service. There was a miscommunication via telephone between me and the staff. However, the manager, Lisa, was incredible. She said "I am going to do everything in my power to help you". And she did. Absolutely incredible. I also have to praise Jordan and Jaylen. They were both also extraordinary (Jordan resolved my issue). I highly recommend this store!!!

Warehouse Team was very communicative and professional

I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful everyone was from entering the store to helping us load our purchase. The store associates showed us other options and explained the differences between each item. We were making a big purchase, but explained that we were “just checking prices”. That didn’t affect their sales staff. They stuck with us the entire time. I will definitely return.

Yesterday I needed a specific item so I called ahead. A store associate answered the phone and when I arrived my item was waiting behind the register for me. The manager greeted me at the door and even ran back to exchange the size. The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

This place is really amazing compared to other Dick's locations; their employees are nice and funny when called for. Their employee, Austin, was a really funny guy. He made our experience at the store an easy going and lighthearted one. I would recommend going to this location rather than the other ones. It is really nice.

I came in to replace my broken wheel for my bike since I had it covered under they're no sweat maintenance plan and Randy the bike tech there swapped my beat up one for a brand new one from the back. Normally they have to order a new one and that would take weeks, so he saved me alot of trouble by doing that. Very helpful staff at this location

I needed to pick up a few items for my grandson and I am handicapped. The salesman was extremely helpful and picked up those items for me. He even brought me different colors for me to choose from for the water bottles. Very pleasant experience overall.

I went to several sporting goods stores in search of a Usa Baseball bat for my 6 year old and Dicks was the only place that had a selection of bats his size. I was extremely pleased with their selection and their prices for the bats were in line with online pricing at other stores, some better than others. Furthermore, I found great deals on running shoes, swim wear and tops that were on clearance. At checkout, I had some Dicks coupons that were mailed to me and I didn't think all of them would work and expected to only be able to use one of them. The cashier was absolutely amazing! He said he was going to scan all 3 and my Dicks credit card/scorecard and he was able to get all 3 coupons to work on my merchandise. Those coupons dropped my total from over 300 to $129! Dicks is my new place to shop for anything sports related and so much more! Highly recommend!!

The lady in the women shoe area was nice

No hassle holiday sale with straight forward 25% price discount. Able to look online to see if item was available, it was not so ordered off website with free shipping. Would recommend to a friend.

They have everything you want for all your sports needs. The batting cage is a nice addition
