I've always enjoyed shopping here.
Ross has very nice merchandise at prices most can actually afford on a moderate budget. With Plenty to choose from and a variety of selections to choose from.

Including plenty of seasonal mds whatever season we're in.

At least, to me, that is how my experiences at ROSS have

Ross is one of favorite places to go for a number of reasons. From great clothes and dresses at affordable prices to high end furniture and home decor at half the price you would find at some name brand stores around. It definitely offers variety in accessories for both men, women and even children and infants.

Always enjoy shopping here. True discounts in great stuff. Picked up items I was in search of relatively swiftly. Store well organized, clean. It's a regular stop and shop for us.

Great rates for quality products

My twin girls wanted to shop at Ross because they said they seen it on TicTok so we went...smh what did I get myself into? They are 14 and they wanted everything. They found so much, because there was a large variety to choose from. My son even found some nice trendy clothes to. I don't know where the less come in at not very many cute shirts, shoes, or pants were less, or may be it was the expensive taste 😅 🤔 any how they had a blast. The store was organized, some areas had a few items on the floor, but that tends to happen a lot in these stores. They have a large selection of name brand items. Friendly customer service. We will definitely shop here again. Highly recommended 👌

Although the selection was not as much as in the past I still found several items I needed for home and personal use at a low price. I always check Ross when decorating or need new clothes because they almost always have what I need. Loss prevention Kevin was SUPER helpful and the cashier who checked us out with red hair (I didn't catch her name) was really sweet and helped make sure all my prices were right before finalizing the transaction.

My husband decided that he wanted to watch football all day today. So I told him that if he wanted to watch the games that he needed to give me money to go shopping so that I wouldn't be in his way. He gave me $200 dollars.
Being that Ross is my all time favorite department store that's where I decided to do my shopping. I purchased 13 items for only $180 bucks. Not bad just to stay out of my husband's hair,huh.

At first I was worried it was going to be really expensive when I saw how big the store was, but I was extremely pleased with the costs. Very clean, nice service, excellent choices at low prices. Nothing wrong that I can think of, highly recommended!

The young cashier with the maroon highlights. Had a disgusting attitude for no reason. If I had another ross near by I would of put my things back and gave her a piece of my mind. She should never represent the Ross company from how she treats people

If this one is speaking of the store in Hoover , I give it the best rating , I 've called in to speak w/ a manager on an issue when actually physically leaving (on a product I purchased from Ross , still had receipt , Bess. store was unhelpful and rude) he was so kind and informative , I did go into that location a week or so later and the lady managing that afternoon resolved the matter with no problem......

I love Ross I was there for Lacost tower but they didn't have. Still I stay for long periods of time.
