AT&T Store

Mike was great today. I dealt with him on my Note as well. Helped me very quickly today. Fixed my problem. I added a service to the whole bill. Good day for everyone. Thanks Mike! Said 17 or 19 years, Wow, Mike deserves some recognition.

Everyone at this store is so friendly and helpful. Gary is my go to guy and has gone above and beyond to help with all my cell phone needs! Mel has also been super helpful and she always has a smile on her face! Great store to visit!

Leon helped me get my girlfriend on my family plan and made it fun and easy, he made this the best and nicest AT&T visit I’ve ever had since I opened and account with y’all like 2 years ago.

My wife passed away & I came in the Hoover store (Riverchase Drive) to cancel her phone service. Mr. Gary Washington met me at the door & immediately started helping me. Mr. Washington was very polite & seriously gave me his condolences of my wife's passing. That young man should be awarded for his services. Mr. Gary Washington IS what AT&T is all about. Thank you sir !!!

Rob Young was incredible! He helped us solve our issues and made the whole process seamless. He was incredibly professional and patient. Cannot say enough good things about him!

Gary was great with assisting me he made my time getting a new plan easy and quick. Has a great personality this guy definitely deserves a promotion I feel he does above and beyond to make his customers happy. He does what he can to make us feel like home. This AT&T branch is hands down the best store in regards to customer service and customer satisfaction. The sales floor was smoothly ran by the Store Manager Sancho who was extremely helpful. The store was clean and stocked with a great selection of products. The team member I worked directly with, Rob, was highly trained and very knowledgeable of all AT&T products. He was very patient and gave thorough explanations to all of my questions. Not only did he close my deal with purchasing an iPad Pro, but he also introduced products to increase the sale on his end while adding value to my customer experience and functionality of the device I selected. I consider Rob to be a top tier associate suitable for a management role. Job well done guys!

We went to this store looking for help and Rob and Jasper delivered!! Prior to visiting the store, we purchased phones and transferred plans to AT&T through "a guy" at Sam's. The process was not easy, so we went to the AT&T store to see if they could help. Jasper and Rob were so helpful! They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I feel sure if we ever need help in the future, we will go back to this store!! Thank you!!

We’ve been with AT&T for nearly 20 years and this was by far the best experience we’ve ever had at any of their locations. Maya Argo was our primary sales rep and she did a fantastic job! Her co-worker Gary helped us sync our Apple watches to our new phones while Maya grabbed some lunch. I also have to say that the entire staff was very friendly and professional!

The Hoover, Alabama AT&T store is awesome!!! Sales Consultant Byron Mason was very very very helpful getting the sim cards corrected/changed on my phones for my mother and I on this past Sunday. Mr. Mason was very professional and extremely patient....Moreover, the manager, Mr. Jasper Evans was also extremely helpful and answered all my questions and concerns (I even bought a protective case as a result of their EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had not been in the Hoover store since the height of the pandemic and after my father's death, but I'm good I returned there. I truly had a Great experience. Mr. Mason deserves a raise..... Thank you Mr Mason and Mr. Evans...

I had a wonderful experience at the AT&T Store today because of Retail Sales Consultant, Leon Butler. I had recently upgraded my cellular plan which included the purchase of the iPhone 14 Pro Max. My new upgrade had not gone well. My new phone never reached my home and my next billing statement revealed that I was being overcharged. My efforts to resolve my issue online and on the phone were unsuccessful. I desperately needed someone that understood my issue and had the knowledge and expertise to resolve it. Mr. Butler was all of this and more! Mr. Butler was professional and courteous from the moment we met. He listened to my concerns, showed empathy and a willingness to resolve my issue, and then proceeded in exceeding my expectations. I left the store having all my concerns resolved and with my new iPhone 14 Pro Max. Thank you, Leon Butler for the great job you did in resolving my issues and exceeding my expectations.

I had a wonderful experience with Simone at Hoover AT&T store. She was excellent communicating what I needed and helping me to ensure everything was resolved. I had complicated case with death in family and moving lines/accounts and she was absolutely wonderful. I appreciate her help during this hard matter and I would send anyone there for Simone to help. EXCELLENT customer service. Leon is absolutely wonderful. One of the best customer service experiences we have had in a long time, it is hard to find these days. Leon was super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, caring, truthful, timely, etc. He really has the customer’s best interest at heart. We will absolutely be back to see him and this store. He takes the time to explain every detail, and make sure you are getting the best deal. We even talked about things outside of att, which shows he is just a great guy. Very happy with our experience!
