I got great service from them in person and over the phone. I traded my 360 system and seven 360 games and got enough back for another new Xbox one controller. I also took my Xbox One S controller that came with the system back because the RB button got stuck when I dropped it and they replaced it with a new one with my receipt from last month with no problem.

My boyfriend bought the one year warranty, so if I have any problem I am covered. It's worth it too.

This Game Stop store is awesome. I recommend them to all gamers for any system. You won't regret it. They have great sales, discounts, rewards, and benefits with the pro game card. I just have the player card, but I will be getting the pro soon.

I go here all the time! Great place and all the employees know me! The employees are always kind and full of info! What I love most is the management! She's one of a kind and if your not treated the way you should be as a customer she will do what needs to be done!

The employees here are always welcoming and love the games they sell. They're very knowledgeable and even if they don't know much about a game they will look up information about it for you to help you decide what is best for you. The manager, Mrs. Brenda, is very kind and she knows her games! I'm very thankful she recommended I get the warranty on my systems because one of my systems bit the dust randomly and what would have cost me over $100 to replace was only about $35 (it would have been completely free, but I upgraded to a better 3ds). The employees here were some of the first people I met when I moved to Macon and they were the first people to make me feel like I belong. I'll definitely be back many times in the future!

Very good as far as Gamestops go. The staff is friendly and helpful if not maybe a bit less talkative. Overall a good experience though.

The staff at this game stop is amazing! They're not just cashiers, they're real gamers that know their stuff and genuinely care about their customers! The only down side is that I can never get out of there in under an hour because we always end up talking games and I love it!

My son came in for a game but when it came time to pay for the game, someone had stitched it out with a movie. The lady at the counter checked the disk and case and told us that it wasn't what we wanted to buy. After seeing the disappointment on my son's face, she checked their whole inventory for another copy and when she couldn't find one, she called another store of theirs and told them to hold it for me. Now that's dedicated service!

Good GameStop, staff is always welcoming and helpful. I occasionally get more than absolutely one dollar on Trade-Ins.

The salesperson was very friendly and informative about the games in the age group I was shopping for and made excellent suggestions. I was able to get checked out rather quickly (though I think that it was due to it being late in the day).
