Went to get a phone upgrade and had probably the nicest experience in a phone store I could have. Darius helped me out and he was amazing. If the customer service can make you laugh while you’re waiting for your phone to transfer data then you found the right customer service. Thanks Darius!

The best & highly knowledgeable customer service and products to cover all of my cellphone needs! Mr. Don B., Store Manager, took the time to answer all of my questions as I was ready for an upgrade. He even asked great questions and offered tips that I never would have thought about because my family and I travel internationally frequently and often! I’m VERY happy!! I was not even a customer of this store and Mr. Don Bartolomucci (Store manager) explained everything to me in detail and did his job perfectly. I had a great experience at this store. What an awesome day. Out seeking a replacement for my elderly mother's cell phone. Ended up purchasing phone at another location being pressed with saving mom money while replacing her cracked android. Decided to call the Alafia location and spoke with Mr. Cafe Brandt. To my surprise he was so helpful and assured us he could activate phone we had purchased. He was so knowledgeable but at the same time was quickly multi tasking transferring data to new phone, prepping screen to apply screen protector and case while making polite conversation. He makes you feel very welcome and willing to assist in every way possible. Mom was so pleased with how quickly the whole transaction took place. We will certainly recommend him to friends or family who are in need of AT&T Services.

I came in to check to see if I was able to upgrade phones and I worked with Dragan he was very helpful and easy to talk to we all upgraded to the new iPhone 14 and he hooked us up with some cases and screen protectors definitely recommend seeing him

Switched over to First Net.
Cade Brandt and Dragan Ferko are total rock stars. We ran into a few issues switching over the service, but they both did what needed to be done and got my service switched out quick. Very friendly and helpful. I will do all my ATT business with them moving forward.

This is by far the best AT&T store in the area. Entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I haven't had to wait for assistance any of the times I have been there. Thanks for a great experience.
