Always a pleasure to visit this location. Team members are cheerful and willing to assist at anytime. The cashier heard the self checkout alarm and assisted right away. Pharmacy staff was cheerful when I walked by early this morning. And I saved 48% in coupons off my total, which really helped. This store is always clean and never out of stock of the items I need. Thank you for being available for me and my family’s’ needs.

I shop at this store once in awhile and use the pharmacy a handful of times a year. The employees are all very friendly and the store is always clean. The drive thru pharmacy is very convenient. The store is open 24 hours. You can't beat that!

I had to go pick up scripts for my husband. When we got the order, the young man asked about a Sulfa Allergy my husband has and had I ever taken the medicine I was picking up. He hadn't ever taken it before, and he took time to go speak to the pharmacist who made the official call to not give my husband the prescription due to the severity of the allergy. Also, there was a medication that would react to another one and they made sure to let us know how to properly take these meds without causing a interaction. I know the drive thru line drives people crazy and its slow moving but think of the person in front of you who had the employee been in a rush could have easily just pushed the meds through and my husband would have taken a medication that could have very easily killed him. Next time that could be your family at the window and medication given to a family member that could have caused serious harm was administered. Slow down and wait your turn or go inside. There's more than just handing over your bag of medications happening at the window. THANK YOU TO THE EMPLOYEE AND THE PHARMACIST FOR CATCHING THIS AND KEEPING HIM SAFE. WE DID CALL HIS PCP HOPEFULLY THAT OFFICE SLOWS DOWN AND PAYS CLOSER ATTENTION TO PRESCRIBING MEDS.

I see a ton of bad reviews for this CVS, so I wanted to share my positive experience with the pharmacy. I got there around 8pm tonight and the drive thru had a long line, so I went inside with my tired and sick 2-year-old. We had just left urgent care, so I knew his prescription would not be ready yet. When I asked at the counter, they expedited it, and the pharmacist started on it right away. We were out of there in 5 minutes, and I was able to give my baby a dose of his medicine before bed. I saw how busy everyone was working behind the scenes to try and get through all of the other customers both inside and in the drive thru.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. There was a mix up with my meds at Walgreens and they gave me the run around then told me they couldn’t fill it there after they had me come back twice. Long story short this cvs pharmacy went above and beyond for me to fill it on short notice during a rush while short staffed. That kind of customer service is so hard to find especially these days. I’m so grateful to them.

The customer service personnel are absolutely the best at this store and were extremely helpful and helping me find what I needed. I definitely will be back again. Great work girls.

I don’t understand why all the reviews are bad. All factions of retail customer service are suffering on the front lines right now due to covid related understaffing, especially a chain-pharmacy providing rapid Covid testing and medications with new telehealth systems etc. at this particular CVS I had no trouble speaking with a pharmacist or having any issue resolved and they’re also very friendly. To all those who’ve complained id urge you to give them another try.

I’ve always had a good shopping experience at this CVS location. They seem consistently well-stocked, even during the pandemic. This was the first place I could even find any sanitizer products after shelves were wiped out elsewhere.
On a couple of occasions, I had to ask employees where to find specific items in the store. They were always so helpful and kind. I have always found the same kind of customer service in the checkout line.
I recommend this CVS to people in the area.

Late this evening / early morning I came in to have numerous prescriptions filled after a long visit to the St. Joseph's emergency room. There was one pharmacist on duty. He told me it was his 1st day at that particular store. He received quite a few calls and drive thru drop offs and pick ups. He was very patient and kind to all customers and frequently told me he would finish my order asap. I was in no hurry aND told him to take his time because he was very busy dealing with somewhat rude customers expecting service beyond his control. He was never once short or nasty to them..he explained that any additional services would have to be taken up with a physician. He was so attentive. I've seen some bad reviews of this store but this pharmacist and all other employees I encountered were amazing. They get 5 stars from me. Keep up the good work!

Clean store, well stocked shelves good customer service

I stopped in to grab a birthday card and some flowers for my wife’s birthday and was on crutches!! Geeze what a task as I find a card and grab a dozen roses I don’t make it far and see Lisa. I ask for some help and even though she had on a mask I could sense a smile. She even took them out to my car for me! Thx Lisa

Not understanding why this location has the low ratings 🤔 BUTTTT! I have had a good experience there. If you are they long enough they remember your name!! Won't get that at McMullen!! ❤

I’ve never had an issue with this CVS. The pharmacist has been nothing but professional and compassionate. I hope this review helps to improve the poor ratings.

This store s always clean, I’m greeted when I enter & they always have what I need in stock. It’s in a convenient location too.

I came into the pharmacy and they were extremely busy so many ppl inside at the window and calling it and they handled everyone very fast the worked together well wat a great team.... all over the place switching off trying to make sure everyone was taken care of..... it's 9pm may 7th whom ever theses employees are deserve a raise :) thankx guys... much appreciated...

Bought 2 Santa's from Cvs,They were 129.99 my kids love them.Great deal because of the quality and how tall they are.Beautiful christmas decor😍
