Went in there today to upgrade phones. Saw Ryan and Mickey. The guys were amazing, so polite and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. I have mobility issues, I was made comfortable in a chair, honestly these guys were so polite and helpful, 5 star service all the way.

Elizabeth was very helpful, cheerful and thorough with all my questions. She was wonderful!

Very pleasant experience. My sales person was Mickey. To me he was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was also very sincere, in his conversation. I walked out with a new iPhone 14 which I am very pleased with. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I had a very pleasant experience at this Verizon store. I needed help syncing my number to my new phone and the sales associate Mickey helped me out. He did a great job at efficiently and effectively fixing my issue. I would definitely recommend this store and company to friends and family

Just had an amazing problem solving visit with Michael Enderlein. I could not access my Verizon credit card account, Michael patiently walked me through the steps to reset my password, and security question.
The staff at this store have always been technically savvy, and will go one step above to resolve set up and reset issues we all encounter.
This is by far the place to get your next phone, tablet or watch.

Service with a smile! Elizabeth was fantastic. She helped me transition to an iPhone after 15 years on Android, then helped me with a second one. She knows the systems, plans and equipment incredibly well. I absolutely recommend this store.

I have had the most wonderful customer services with Christopher and Elizabeth at the Littleton Verizon store today. It was on 2/14/23, and the store has been very busy. Chris and Elizabeth took time help me on upgrading my 4g to 5g cell, answers any questions I had. They even helped me to apply for Verizon Visa and charged the expense against such Visa card. It was way past 6pm, the store regular closing hour. We did not finish tasks until 7:30 pm. Such dedication and commitments to their jobs really impressed me. I really hope that the store will pay them overtime and reward both for such excellent services and tender customer care.

Jessica has restored my faith in Verizon Wireless. She has to be the best Verizon employee I’ve ever encountered. She helped me with my phone even after the store hours were up. I was so grateful that she was there and willing to help me. She needs to be corporate, making 7 figures, showing the rest of the Verizon employees how it’s done.

My dad, John, was having old man troubles with his phone last week and tried fixing it himself and wasn't able to. He then drove down to the Verizon store in Littleton for help, he walked into the store and was greeted by Mickey, the tech was very nice and helpful and listened to my dad's problem with his phone and spent a lot of time trying to resolve it for him. After being a Verizon customer for 22+ years, this is the best tech person he has ever met. With a great heart and friendly attitude towards senior people, this young man will have a great future. My dad was very grateful for this young man's help.

I had been to several Verizon stores to resolve an issue that had to be done "in person." All the others said, "O we don't [or can't do that! Try some other Verizon store." After driving from store to store all day, I got kindness and help from this man."

Went in just to ask some questions and left with an upgrade and new line. Customer service was AMAZING. I am usually anxious in new places and talking to people but I felt so comfortable here because they were so friendly and helpful.

Ryan was absolutely fantastic extremely knowledgeable and helped me save a ton of money on my bill. Mickey was also extremely knowledgeable anything that Ryan couldn’t figure out he’d ask him, awesome awesome awesome teamwork. I will only go to this Verizon from now on.

Wow! What kind and professional customer service. I arrived with a multitude of complicated phone issues. The staff took their time fixed everything completely, efficiently, and saved me a ton of money. The customer experience at this store is far above any other store I've been to. Many thanks!

She mantained a positive can do and will do attitude even while on hold with corporate. I called in and Dom helped with some questions regarding my phone and i have never received such helpful guidance. He is genuinely so kind and left a great impression!!

The staff at this store are incredibly professional, polite and patient, especially Elizabeth. Many retail outlets are very accommodating at point of sale, but the real test of a great staff is their willingness to help with after sale problems, especially when the customer is 70 years old and tech handicapped.
Liz and other staff members have earned a 5 star rating.

This store was BY FAR the best customer service I have ever received at a Verizon store! Joe, Nate and Nicole were friendly, professional and very very knowledgeable. Other stores could learn a thing or two from them! Highly recommend
