Bancroft/Silva Septic Services

Just left about an hour ago. I could not be happier with the service!
They came when they said they would. The job was a difficult one because the tank had never been pumped and it was older that I want to admit to. The professionalism, attitude, and service was OUTSTANDING!
I will be calling them back in about 2-3 years and I'm looking forward to having them service the tank. Can't say enough positive things about the experience.

Oh, by the way, I had contacted another local septic company (before calling Bancroft/Silva) and they refused to do the job saying it would be 'too difficult'. Bancroft/Silva was great!

Prompt, professional service. We had scheduled service with Sheldon out of Ashby who never showed up. Bancroft/Silva was recommended and we were not disappointed. Great service. They schedule a date to service our septic system, set a time frame and called when they were on there way.

We had an issue with our septic and it needed to be pumped and filters cleaned asap, we called numerous septic pumping companies around and explained our situation, noone was willing to help. We were being pushed off for at least 3 weeks out by which point we would have a disaster in our backyard. Bancroft listened and came out the next day even though they were very busy. They were professional, clean, fast and above all willing to help when noone would. I highly recommend them.

We've been with them over 20 years and they are amazing! From the welcoming conversations with Sue to the going above and beyond when our toilet starts to gurgle! They've literally bailed us out of what could have been a disaster on MANY occasions! Thank you Bancroft/Silva friends!!! You are absolutely appreciated!!!

Has a memory like a fox, when our overflow happened he was the first plumber on-site and had our junction box opened and cleaned in 15 minutes. He remembered where it was from a routine pump years prior. Also, i’ve seen him work the hose into corners/crevices, really taking the extra time to get everything. (others drop hose, pump lift and go). I appreciate the extra TLC. .. never had a scheduling problem, super bummer for the other reviewer. i’ve always won!

Had an emergency septic issue at 3pm and after calling a few places I tried Silva. Todd squeezed me in and helped clear the filter and a backup from the house.

Always super professional.

Have been using them for years. So nice on the phone and in person...they always show up on time.
