This place is a gem. I usually get great customer service because most of the time, the staff is kind, helpful, and informative. I am so happy this store did not go out of business. They usually sell all the newest games and some older games as well. They have decent prices and sell a lot of different games and accessories. Great place to find gifts for gamers of all ages.

This location is usually never busy... And it's stocked full of games and other gaming merchandise! The workers are all knowledgeable in any game you can think of?
Plus there's always plenty of used games in all varieties from PlayStation , Xbox to Nintendo 3DS and so on!?

The staff was very helpful and informative when discussing which products would best suit my needs. And I over heard another associate speaking with a customer about multiple avenues they could take to get a product that this store did not have in stock. Very friendly atmosphere, ran by people who enjoy their job.

Bought a used Xbox 1X.. took it home, hooked it up. No audio control from system. Took it back and swapped it out same day no questions. Great place! Nice people!

It was my first time visiting the GameStop in Oregon and I just want to say Frank help me out with so much information he was so helpful I appreciate it if corporate see this give this guy a raise and I think his manager was there too and he was helpful and so friendly I would recommend this GameStop to anybody

Got everything taken care of with my replacement game with no problems. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Location is easy to get too in Oregon.

Had what I came for. No hassle. Friendly and knowledgeable staff for the most part. Prices have gone crazy but no way around that these days.

Staff at this location are always very nice and they go out of their way to give advice or helpful knowledge. I don't think I've ever had a bad game stop experience at this store ever.

The only annoyance with game stop is when they are putting used items into the system, not all employees are careful to pay attention to detail. But this is an issue that could happen at any game stop, im not referring to this specific Navarre store regarding this complaint. We were looking for a left blue joy con once, and a store in michigan said they had it according to their online inventory. Come to find out, it was grey, not blue, and we had drove 45 min out to that particular store to find that specific controller. Needless to say it was very frustrating. They said it must have been some employee that was careless entering info.

It may not be the best place to sell your used items. If you can its better to sell on your own, you'll get more cash for your stuff. But buying wise, they almost always have what I need, so i recommend buying there 100%.

Employees are always really nice and helpful, I honestly can't remember a bad experience from all of the times I've been there. Employees always try to help you to the best of their ability and getting you what you need fast.

This is an upscale gamestop. Picture ToysRUs back when they were awesome crossed with ebgames (before the GameStop merger). Gamer's wonderland 💜

I came in during a week day in search of a Nintendo switch. Guy on shift was very friendly and searched the inventory for me. Was looking for a v1 but there was only a v2. Enjoyed all the fan merch that was available for american and Japanese comics.

Definitely would come back to this location just for all the merch. Gachapon machines were too cool!

LOVE the staff at this store! Always friendly and helpful. I enjoy the events they have, especially the Pokemon ones!
