Ahmed is a fabulous representative. He is personable charming knowledgeable and easy to work with. He is detailed oriented never misses a beat. Please give him a raise or a promotion. It is well deserved. .

Ahmed was fun, courteous and conscientious. Not only did I benefit from his help, I saw that he treated other customers kindly and thoughtfully. He’s an asset to the organization.

Great experience with and upgrade for my daughter and I. Needing reliable phones in the next few months will be necessary, I’m a Registered Nurse and my husband is a FDNY firefighter. Thank you for allowing us to have great phones to connect with each other during this crisis.

If I could leave no stars I would. Max offered hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went to this location to have my number changed to a local phone number, as I had just moved to the area. My phone is brand new with no problems whatsoever, so I figured having my number changed would be easy. Max wasted 8 hours of my time in the store trying to have my number changed by putting in new SD cards. Unable to change my phone number, he handed me back a NON WORKING PHONE!! Literally my phone had no service. I was unable to call, text, use the web, or anything. Remind you I’m also new to the area and don’t know my way around, so having a GPS on my phone would have been helpful. Max then tells me to wait overnight to see if the service comes on. I tried to be patient so I left that night hoping my service would turn on. The next day I wake up to find my phone still doesn’t have service. When I return to the store to express my frustration, Max called security on me! Mind you I was completely polite, didn’t swear, and was completely kind to him the day before. So I was shocked when he took this approach. He said he felt I needed to leave since there was nothing else he could do. So I decided to leave myself and call AT&T to express my frustration. I spent over 2 days with no service to my phone because of Max. I literally handed him a working phone to have something simple done, for him to turn around and hand me a non working phone. This is hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will be taking steps to have this addressed.

The workers at this store are horrible. They lied to me and added features to my account I did not want. They routinely pad people's bills, hoping most people will not notice. Buyer beware!! This owner has a store in Bridge Hampton and a store in East Hampton. The service is bad at all three stores, and you risk paying for things you did not ask for at all three stores. Owners name is Todd. He is a tool. He is arrogant and thinks he can do what he wants. Stay away from these stores. Only go to corporate owned stores.

Web site says it opens at 10 am. They open at 11 am. Wasted trip.
