Awful. I was told by one employee there were no dressing rooms but we could do a return if the item(s) didn’t work. I purchased my items, brought them home to try on, and they didn’t fit. I went back the next day to return them with my receipt and was told by the next employee that they don’t do returns and explained my situation from they day before. His response was “ I’m sorry ma’am but I’m new and don’t know everything just yet and said he was going to call his manager”. The manager, Alyssa, was one the phone talking down to her employee that she failed to train properly. She stated that there is a no return policy on the receipt ( and there is no such thing on my receipt that was sent via text).
I would NOT recommend for multiple reasons. She believes power is leadership- it’s not.If there is such policy I would love to see it on my receipt. This place is a disgrace to Tanger outlets and they will be notified of how unprofessional this place of business is.

The company treats there employees horribly I have see first hand the company runs very unprofessional.
