What a great place. Super fast service...Great tasting burger and Spicy Ketchup was awesome with the fries. A lot of food for not a lot of money. Staff was SUPER friendly and attentive. They are a well run franchise

I have visited hundreds of Whataburger locations throughout Texas and I finally visited the Roanoke location after working in this town for over 3 years. I was not disappointed. Immediately greeted with a warm, "Hello" and a friendly smile. The cashier was attentive to my order details and his suggestions took my experience to a new level. I was quite happy with the burger, tge fries and especially, the onion rings.
I am so glad I visited this location and cannot wait to come back. I hear their Patty Melt is wonderful. We shall see...

One of my favorite stop. I work at Vapor Dad and always have my order from them and they never upset me. Check out their burgers.

Look, if I'm going to complain on Google for bad service, then I'm going to go out of my way to compliment good service.

It's Halloween. They're slammed in the drive thru. The dine in lobby is steadily busy.

The staff is SUPER FRIENDLY. Joshua (on receipt) was really nice, brought my food to me, really really courteous.

Food was piping hot and fresh.

This is now my favorite location, hands down. Thank you Roanoke WB for a great experience, good food, and a moment to relax after a night of walking kiddos around trick-or-treating. Much needed comfort food 🥰

I was so glad to visit Texas where I can get a Mushroom Swisw Whataburger!!! I so have missed these burger cause we live in Utah and don't have one there!!! This one was good cause they did load the mushrooms if you ask for them!!! Staff is friendly and with the way the food market is these days this staff was nice and great through drive-thru!!!

Was a very short line to order but when going to pay they had the orders mixed up. They wanted me to pay for someone else’s meal that was cheaper then mine and had to explain that it was not fair that someone else got over charged for their meal and that I couldn’t take advantage of someone like that. They re entered my order so I could pay the correct amount and I asked them if they were going to refund the other customers order. They couldn’t answer me and the manager walked away I know this is little but it has a big impact on trust in the community.

Hands down the best Whataburger I have been to in a while. I regret to say in a while...but it's true. The food was fast and fresh and the staff was on it. I was raised in the fast food industry with a parent that owned a fast food restaurant and let me tell you this is how it should be done.
This level of satisfaction shows customers you appreciate them and care about the food that the customer unwrap and enjoys. Great job!

Visiting Texas and my brother in law took my family here so that I can try a different place. I had the melt.

Excellent customer service. As I was walking up an employee was entering the building ahead of me. He was fast enough ahead where you wouldn't expect him to hold the door open for me but he did. The cashier was awesome and friendly and we had our food delivered to our table with a condiment tray. I had to look around and make sure I was in a day food burger place.

Staff was awesome, and of course the burgers were good too. This location is run the right way.

I love Whataburger. Their burgers are great and the fries are delicious.
I enjoy the biscuit sausage egg and gravy breakfast bowl and hash browns. I love Whataburger coffee too.

I must say, my visit to Whataburger was an absolute delight! The cashier was most attentive and efficient, and the food arrived hot and fresh in a timely mfresh.

Always got Love for Whataburger specifically when all other options when Late They are Very Available with HOTT good Burgers just as you order it!!! Mmmmmmmm. 😋

This is the best Whataburger in my area, hands down. My nearest Whataburger is the one farther down the road on 114 near the Speedway, but the service at that one sucks so much that I have no problem making the effort to drive a few more miles east out to this one. The staff here have always got me my food in a timely manner (I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes) and have never disappointed. I hope they keep it this way. I believe the negative reviews are coming from people who are either being too harsh or they caught this place on a bad day. Hey, even the best cannot be perfect.

If you're in the area and had to choose between the Whataburger near the Speedway and this one, don't waste your time with the former and go to the latter instead. I can't guarantee 100% you won't be disappointed, but you'll definitely have a much better chance at getting good service.

Always on point! Food comes out fast and warm. They always include everything in your order and rarely miss condiments. I recommend this whataburger!

Roanoke Whataburger: I ordered and paid for the 2 Strawberry Shakes 🍓😃 on the app. The Mgmt allowed me to pick up in the Drive Thru. I had an over 90 Senior Citizen and dog in the car.
So This was a Great help.
1st Time at this Whataburger and we will be back again

Great experience. How many times do you see the owner of a franchise greeting customers and helping out his employees. Great friendly staff and owner . Excellent service with a smile serving the food we all know and love. Glad I stopped here .

Great for a late night snack. The people at the drive thru are always very sweet and helpful. If the line is long, it always goes down real fast because they immediately switch it to two lanes. Inside the restrooms are clean and dining area too.
