Excellent experience buying our refrigerator. Jen was great to work with. Absolutely no pressure, knowledgeable and helpful. The store is very clean and well organized with plenty of inventory to evaluate. We started our shopping day at the big box stores and they were underwhelming, messy etc. So glad a family member suggested Orville's. Next time I need an appliance I'm just going straight to Orville's.

The best place to buy an appliance, with the most brutally honest salesman I’ve ever dealt with.

I needed a new dishwasher, so I go to Orville’s because they’re the only place that actually has things in stock and can deliver within 1 week. I asked the salesman what the most reliable brand is and he point blank told me: “None of them.” How refreshing! I actually respected him much more after he said that. He explained how no matter what brand you buy, they are all likely to fail after about 5 years or so. Some are quieter than others and some have nicer finishes, but that’s about it. I bought an LG and it was installed in my house within a few days. Forget Home Depot and Lowe’s, this is the place to go.

It is seldom today we enter a store and find someone so skilled as Lucas is at Orville’s in Victor NY instead of simple selling us appliances he sat down with us and explained how the appliance might or might NOT FIT in our application he was amazing skilled and knowledgeable about every aspect of the appliances and the installations and saved us multiple headaches in the process amazing how someone so skilled still cares about serving others thank you.

Went to several stores looking at stand alone freezers and Orville's had the most options available. Can't speak to the prices or selection for anything else as I wasn't paying too close attention whilst shopping for freezers. But the showroom was packed and there were plenty of employees available to answer questions or leave you alone if you ask nicely.

My fridge broke 2 days before I had to go out of town and I went right to Orville’s, ordered a new fridge in minutes and it was delivered 24hrs later! Coty and Nick were great, took the old fridge out, turned off and on my water, etc. What great, fast service! Thank you!

I have to say that I’m really impressed with the experience of shopping at Orvilles. My washer needed replacing. I had a specific budget in mind, as well as not too many requirements in the technology aspect of washing clothes.
I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan, he asked me what I was looking to buy, and if I had anything specific in mind. He listened and made suggestions of what was available. I was completely comfortable and ordered a new washer. It was delivered on time and installed. I am very pleased with my purchase and experience at Orvilles!

I had a great experience buying a fridge from Orville's. Delivery was prompt and the gentlemen that removed the old fridge and put in the new were excellent. This will be my first stop for any future appliance purchases.
