Dunkin'

bagels are never actually toasted... They taste raw if that makes sense. I specified that I'd like a toasted bagel, and it was soft and damp.

I meet up here about once a year.

My husband and I only moved to Victor in August so this was our first time going to the Dunkin here since we normally go to Starbucks in Victor. Our barista was the sweetest gem! She was friendly, chatty and made us our pumpkin cold brew (which isn’t even on the menu anymore). We also tried their bagel bites, love them!! When our drinks came out, our barista was wrote a little note on our cups, it made our day because we have been going to Starbucks for a few months but the baristas don’t even recognise us.

Dunkin’ Donut’s staff at this location are always super friendly and helpful! Can’t say enough about this team. Keep doing a great job ladies and gentlemen!! It’s like night and day compared to other locations. I have been to.

We were heading back to Canada, stopped in for some treats for the ride home and to try some new items. The woman at the counter was super friendly and patient. Offered me the seniors discount without asking and gave a few extra cinnamon bites as were nit sure of the quantity. A pleasant visit to Dunkin!

Last Saturday, I went through the drive thru and ordered a drink. I left without my credit card but my infant son was asleep in the car so I didn't want to get out to get it. I parked and tried to figure out what to do. An employee walked my credit card to my car a few minutes later. What excellent service!

Super friendly service. Our hot food orders were fresh, and were prepared quickly and were exactly what we wanted. Clean restaurant. Highly recommend stopping here for a snack or refreshing drink.

I had an hour and a half meeting there today. All the people working the counter and drive up window were great. Pleasant to everyone.

I have been to many Dunkins in my life. I have even worked at a Dunkin a few years ago.

This Dunkin has consistently exceeded my expectations.

They clearly follow procedures for brewing coffee, as their iced coffee tasted strong unlike some franchises.

If you've had a poor experience with Dunkin, let this location change your mind.

Always kind and prompt. Asked for ice water and got a large one, which I really appreciate.

FINALLY this location has stepped up their game!! The mornings have previously been sooo slow, disorganized and frustrating...these last few days have been such a pleasure ... they're happy, professional and prompt. YEA!

Come on, it's Dunkin' Donuts. This is a pretty good donut shop. It gets busy in the mornings particularly, so keep your patience about you and relax while the staff takes care of the customers.

Counter person was great. Very helpful. Went in for a maple donut. They were out. She made us some. Delicious.
