The GPS signal showed my arrival. I almost overlooked Starbucks because it was not a typical store front. It was an extraordinary store front. This Starbucks appeared to have been a converted older home. It did not lack anything. There were many added bonuses due to the different room dimensions. There was a conference room for larger groups, corners for the book readers, pub tables, and a sofa for the cozy gatherers. This atmosphere was epic! Starbucks ... a home away from home.

This is such a unique spot. On our drive back to Toronto we wanted to grab a coffee and it brought us here. We ended up hanging out for a while, and let our daughter run wild in the shop. I would just come to enjoy the environment here. Staff is great and location is awesome

I've become quite the regular at the Starbucks located at 200 High Point Drive in Victor, NY, and I must say, it's not just the coffee that draws me in. The charm of this place is undeniable, housed in a cute little building that carries a quaint, historical vibe, reminiscent of its past life as the Bonesteel home. This cobblestone gem has been a part of Victor's landscape for over 180 years, making my coffee runs feel like a small dip into history.

The service here is always top-notch; the staff are not only fast and friendly but also incredibly competent, ensuring my nitro brew or coconut milk latte is delicious every single time. There's something about the ambiance that makes it feel more like a second home than a coffee shop. Clean, with an inviting atmosphere and speedy service, this Starbucks stands out as the best I've ever visited.

Operating hours are convenient for early birds and night owls alike, open from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day, ensuring I can grab my favorite brew whether I'm starting my day or needing an evening pick-me-up. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend stopping by, not just for the coffee, but for the experience of this unique location​

Wow.. simply... Wow! This historic location has charmed me in such a way, no other Starbucks has before! Historically built sometime 1836, the landmark Sarah Bonesteele cobblestone home now hosts a dual modern, modest, and homey Starbucks complete with the Bonesteele Museum! Where else in the world can you find a museum in a Starbucks instead of vice versa!?
Anyways, yeah, house once hosted plush parties back in the early 1900s y'all, which I think is pretty dope! Also, this Starbucks has excellent outdoors seating, a friendly team, and a great homey atmosphere! Well done, Starbucks High Point, well done!

To start this review off I would like to say I have never ONCE had a bad experience!! In my over 13 years (i’m currently 17 almost 18) of going for coffee every single day after school or on the weekends with my family it’s gone from us ordering the coffee at the checkout, to using the preorder option in the app and picking it up as a family, to my dad and I going for coffee runs afterschool, to me almost a college kid driving myself to this starbucks to pick up coffee for my family at home. The staff is always friendly and super accommodating, the manager always makes an effort to say “hi welcome back!” and “have a great day!”, the person with the beanie and long black hair (idk the names i’m so sorry) is almost always there and has a contagious smile. Everything about this starbucks is excellent and the customer service is outstanding. thanks for everything!! 5 stars

I come here almost weekly. Some of the staff greeted me by my name. One staff in particular started to call me by my name, I would love to give her a shout-out for always giving great consistent customer service. I never got her name, she typically works Saturday early mornings with short hair.

They get a lot of online orders throughout the day but I've never waited more than 5 minutes for my walk-in orders. I don't know how they do it.

Overall, the staff that I see in the mornings have great synergy. I typically try to tip at least $1 every time I go there.

Got together with friends at this Starbucks in Victor today with friends. They have tables very spread out and most removed to be safe for Covid. I ordered using the app so I could just go in and grab the coffee. Most of their orders were coming in that way. They were filling the orders super fast and very efficient. The manager and employees were very pleasant and friendly. I always have a great experience at this location.

Love Starbies, what more can I say?

This location is always clean, bathrooms regularly sanitized, top notch batista service. Its always nice to go into a place and the people working are having fun. It creates a genuinely accepting vibe and atmosphere.

I went to get my coffee today and it tasted a bit weak, i mentioned this to the barista, and said if she just wanted to add a shot of espresso that would be fine, but instead she just offered to make it over. And the second drink was perfect. I appreciate this kind of service. I get coffee here 5-6 days a week and this was my only time having a drink taste week and I appreciate how they fixed it so quickly. I hope this store unionizes soon so these great workers can get the pay they deserve!

Love Stabucks season peppermint mocha. This has to be one of the slowest Starbucks stores.
I’m placed an order on the app and didn’t show up for 10 minutes. I waited another 10 minutes for my coffee. It was my first pumpkin spice of the season which was delicious. 20 minutes for a pumpkin spice cold brew. The wait time said it would have been ready far before it actually was. Not a great job managing expectations. I understand finding help is difficult. That’s ok, but give accurate wait times.

I stopped over on the way to Niagara Falls, to charge my Tesla across the street.

This place has a very nice Patio to enjoy the weather.

This building seems vintage and enjoyed the visuals.

The chocolate crème cold brew is my absolute favorite ! The staff at this location is always so friendly and welcoming 🙂

This is probably my favorite Starbucks. Very normal for a Starbucks but the overall aesthetic makes it so cozy.

This location is super quaint, if you want to sit and enjoy your drink I highly recommend. It’s one of the best “sitting” Starbucks in greater Rochester (IMO)

I work in the area and come to this Starbucks several times a week — I always use the app to order ahead! My order is always ready, and the staff, even when busy, will go out of their way to greet me and wish me a good day. It’s a small location and often very busy, so I recommend for online orders just going in to grab your order rather than waiting in the car for them to bring it out.

This Starbucks in particular is the best I've ever been to. My order is always perfect and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. And the interior is very cozy and comfortable. Not to mention it is in the cutest little stone building.
