I recently had the absolute delight of being served by Jaiden at McDonald's, and it was nothing short of a magical experience! From the moment I walked in, Jaiden's beaming smile and infectious energy made me feel like royalty. Their attentiveness was unparalleled, ensuring every detail of my order was not just met, but exceeded. Jaiden went above and beyond, anticipating my needs with a grace and charm that made the whole experience feel special. Their professionalism was matched only by their genuine warmth and friendliness, turning a routine visit into a memorable event. Jaiden's service was so exceptional, it felt like dining at a five-star restaurant rather than a fast-food chain. If Jaiden doesn’t get a raise, I’m going to be really mad and have a serious problem with it. In fact, I’ll be absolutely furious because someone who sets such a high benchmark for customer service deserves to be recognized and rewarded. Jaiden truly makes McDonald's shine brighter than ever before, and anything less than a raise would be completely unacceptable!

Just moved from another state first time at our local McDonald's. We went for lunch, they were very busy. Owen deserves a big recognition. He went above and beyond with service. Was super fast. We saw him literally running. Great job as a team as well. Loved it. Totally recommend if you have kids. Will be coming back

I have never been to a food establishment where they care about their customers so much. I have had so many great experiences there. They really do go above and beyond.

One of the only ones left I know of with a cool play place. Drove 20 minutes out of our way just because of that. Was very clean inside

We swung in to get drinks on our way home. The drive line wasn't long and the guy that took our order was nice. We were back o our way in no time

one of the nicest McDonalds. Old school but very spacious and comfortable. Food is still the same as everywhere else.

Manager opened the door for us because we’re on motorcycles and gave me a toy for my daughter at home and he said just ride safe! ! He’s awesome! Very clean restaurant and very nice employees!!

This restaurant is honestly helping change my opinion of the McDonald's brand. Consistently I've had fast, accurate service with quality prepared food. I see their service speed monitored as within the leading performance cluster of their region. I do hope that dining-in expediting comes back though. I have so much paper waste material every time I eat in.

This McDonald's is what other locations should copy in every way. They are so fast, they sometimes even have the bag of food waiting halfway outside as my car is pulling up to the window. I've been here 20+ times and they have never made one mistake on my order. And pretty much everyone is friendly on top of that, as if they are not absolutely miserable being there. What is their secret? Steroids??

They were very friendly here surprisingly. But... They totally messed up my order which I didn't find out until I got home of course. Food was hot and fresh just not what I ordered. Coffee was excellent though and again the staff was super nice at both windows. I appreciate that immensely.

Friendly staff a little bit of a wait to get the food but very fresh and correct.

This location always has fast, friendly, and efficient service. It's not often that I have any problems with my order, but on the off day that I do, they are fast and friendly in fixing it.

I've never had them mess up an order. May not be the best but they do hire decent employees. Wendys and tacobell/kfc on the other hand seems to mess up my order whenever I go there.

Used the in app code for one of my rewards then added to the order and used the app to pay in the drive-thru. It was a great experience. Nice job on the tech McDonald's.

A McDonald's that actually sells FAST food? In 2023? There was 15 cars ahead of me and I had my food in a little over 5 minutes. BEYOND IMPRESSED! Go here!

Mcdonalds is always consistent. This store was a bit more exceptional in service. Friendly, kind and fast. Thank you!

Everything was as it should be. Young man who assisted us was great. Took care to wipe off the outside of our coffee and fountain drink. That is very appreciated.

The cleanest McDonald's I have been to ever. I'm not big on fast food, usually just stop by for coffee or if friends want a snack...but I feel comfortable eating at this location due to the cleanliness of the friendly staff. My friend ordered the wrong mocha and the nice manager replaced it with a smile. Thank you.

The playland was fun for my kids but needs more booth seating in the play area. I will come back though, they love it there.

Shannon was awesome. She handled the car in front of me with professionalism and kindness. Huge order with lots of questions, but she was cool and very patient.
