Tahoe Keys Deli

We were looking for a local sandwich shop while at South Lake Tahoe. This shop is located on the other side of town and was full of locals and visitors. The food and service was great. I had the Tahoe Turkey and my husband had the Combo - both were "small" (good size and good amount of meat and filling). Be aware, this is a small deli with only 2 tables and a few chairs inside and a few tables/chairs outside.

Been going here for 21 years. It's really the best Deli Sandwich Shop in South Lake Tahoe. It recently was sold to a new owner. "Luke", the new owner, has been a breath of fresh air for this established Tahoe Deli. It's even better than it was in the past. Sandwich, Chips, and a Soda combos are a new addition to the Menu. When in Tahoe, stop by and experience a Local Favorite. A++

Thank you for the amount of detail and execution you put in your sandwiches. You can always tell when something is made by someone who values quality. Great meats, amazingly fresh vegetables and high quality condiments. The balance and ratio was so right on my 12" Turkey Avocado Bacon and it's at the right price point. So glad to support TAHOE KEYS DELI.

Small deli in a strip mall that has BOMB sandwiches! My husband and I were starving and ordered two meatball subs. Staff was friendly, service was not super speedy, but we didn’t mind waiting for something fresh. The sandwiches did not disappoint. Perfect ratio of bread to meat to sauce to cheese. Yum, yum, yum!

This is the best sandwich shop in South Lake Tahoe. Do not waste your time anywhere else. This is old school deli, with fresh sliced deli meats, the avocado is perfectly ripe if you get avocado on your sandwich. They have specials and today it was tri-tip I kept smelling something delicious and didn't realize it was this deli until I saw the sign for tri-tip special today.

Went to Lake Tahoe for the first time around October of last year. Yeah, you’re wondering why I’m writing a review now.. well, that’s because this place and it’s sandwhiches are something I think about on a daily basis. Went to Lake Tahoe for 5 days and I always had to grab a sandwich during lunch. And a couple times for dinner. I don’t know what it is, man. I really don’t but, they make the best damn sandwhiches in the country and quite honesty their brownies are also phenomenal. So here is 5 stars. Because, quite frankly, they deserve it. Give them a shot and try their Tahoe Special. If I remember correctly, that’s what it’s called! And get a brownie. Just do it. Trust me.

Best deli in south lake, been going here for over 10yrs.. John the owner is the best, but really It's all about their french bread then you get a variety of subs loaded with meat and nice fresh veggies!! 🥖🤤

I was here 4 years ago during my American roadtrip. I remember this place fondly - especially because of the very human attitude of the staff.
