I ordered the toasted white chocolate latte and loved it.

The cashier girl around 5:50pm could have been a little less meh. If you work in customer service, at least fake a smile and lose the attitude.

Managers were really nice!!
Red haired girl who made my drink, super nice!!!
Dining room closes at 6pm
Drive thru is 8pm.

Okay there is something special about this Dunkin! They are so so nice every time and the coffee is incredible. I have never been a fan of Dunkin tbh, but they have made me one! They also are so sweet to my pup. Thanks yinz, your community appreciates you!

Not sure why this is rated down - it's Dunkin, so you know what you're getting. The staff is very upbeat and friendly, at least on the weekends. And unlike other Dunlins, the drive thru line is manageable, even on weekends.

They are doing great at this location ..

Saw this place was finally opened. Stopped in for a donut for myself and a coffee for my girlfriend. Place was nice and new. Girl taking the order seemed like she had a long day, but wasn't mean or anything like that. Just seemed ready to go lol. Everyone else was super nice. They are just opening so growing pains are to be expected! Give them a break people, geez lol. We'll be back!

FYI...lobby seems to close at 6 and drive thru is open till 8...at least on Tuesday!

I can't say enough good things about the Carnegie Dunkin!! My car broke down in the drive thru this morning and two workers came out (as well as another customer) and pushed my car out of the drive thru and into a parking spot. I was then treated to coffee and donuts. I am so thankful for the kindness of these employees (I wish I knew their names) who made a stressful situation so much less stressful. THANK YOU!!

Besides this, my orders are always correct and my coffee is always delicious.

I LOVE this Dunkin' because of the Team there! They're well trained and they always look like they're having FUN!

This is my fave location because the girl with all of the flair on her hat and pink hair makes my experience such a great one. Coffee sets the whole tone of my day and she always makes my drinks perfect! Love the donuts too and she also lets me know about the seasonal items to try. 10/10 will be back!

Tiffany is literally the best person in Carnegie!

Great location, a lot easier to navigate than the one off of Washington Pike near TJ Maxx. Otherwise it's the exact same Dunkin experience I've had anywhere else. They make my coffee and serve me my food, great as always

Always fast. Everyone knows that there are good dunkins and bad dunkins. This is a good one. They are very consistent and the drive thru never gets too long.

What a wonderful contribution to the Carnegie community this store is clean well-run and they came at the right time and they fit in just perfectly. great for a morning run, and great for an afternoon snack the people are nice and cheerful. Welcome to Carnegie!

I love Dunkin... Prices are fair not expensive and the employees are not snobby they're kind... That's hard to find these days...

The Girls are fast and courteous, they get you thru the Drive in line as fast as possible, Donuts are fresh coffee Hot

Nice place to hang out. I am from Canada and I missed Tim Hortons. Dunkin’ is the US’s Tim for me. They maintain it great and clean. Friendly staff as well.
