Many RV enthusiasts, myself included, dream of owning a specific brand of RV. We invest our hard-earned money into these vehicles, looking forward to years of adventure on the open road. However, a concerning trend is emerging: a lack of consistent customer service across dealerships for the same brand.

The issue lies in how some dealerships prioritize service based on where the RV was purchased. This often results in frustrating experiences for owners who haven't bought from a particular dealership.
Here's the scenario: You've chosen your dream RV and purchased it from Dealer A. Now, on the road and needing repairs,you discover Dealer B, an authorized service center for your brand, is conveniently located. Ideally, you'd expect the same level of service regardless of purchase location. However, the reality can be quite different.

So, what’s the problem? Some dealerships, like this one, prioritize service for their own customers, even for minor repairs, pushing away those who bought elsewhere. RV owners shouldn't be penalized for purchasing from a different dealer. This practice undermines brand loyalty. When ownership experience hinges on purchase location, it discourages future purchases from the brand and/or the dealership altogether.

Let's advocate for fair and equal service, ensuring everyone can enjoy a smooth and hassle-free RV ownership experience, wherever the road takes them.

The entire team at Beckley's is top-notch! From my first phone call (asking a ton of questions as I contemplated buying my first camper) all the way through to delivery, I felt completely taken care of. Mike Chuckerel was my sales person you can tell he (and everyone who works there) is enthusiastic about camping and ensuring you are matched with exactly what you need instead of just trying to sell you something. I have heard horror stories about other dealerships in the area and those experiences are the exact opposite from what I experienced with at Beckley's. I have already told several of my friends that I would never purchase from anywhere else so if you're in the market for a camper, and don't want to feel you're being put through the wringer, you have found your home!

From the minute I stepped into Beckley’s to the minute I left I received the best care from Justin at sales to chuck and all the parts staff to Justin and Tony in finance. Even the technicians who installed my hitch as well as the techs who finalized all the prep work on my camper were knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. I can’t say enough about my Beckley’s experience. I will 100% continue to do business with them in the future! Thank you.

We had a fantastic experience with our sales rep TJ at Beckley's. TJ was fantastic, we went multiple times unsure about what layout and type of fifth wheel we needed for our first RV purchase and he was super patient and helpful narrowing down our choice. He was very knowledgeable and always found the answers to our questions promptly. We ended up purchasing the 2024 Grand Design Solitude Influence 4003BH. We love it! This will be our full time home for the next year + and we couldn't have made a better choice, it's great. We're thankful we found Beckley's and TJ for a seamless purchase process. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful at every step of the way.

Had a great purchase experience with Nick for our Ember Touring. Had the unit set up for our walkthrough and made sure everything was working or fixed before we took the trailer off the lot. Their tech guys had the wdh installed and perfectly balanced. Nick even followed up the next day to make sure the trip home went well. Great attention to details and great selection of brands/models.

New RV owners here(2004 34' Super C ) . We're glad we chose Beckley's RV to look it over for us. Great inventory of RV parts. Mechanics are very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and very thorough on our RV inspection. Thanks to them, we feel safer rolling down the highway.

Fantastic service everytime whether to call upon or leave rv for service. Bobby in service is outstanding in his knowledge and expertise. He is courteous with utmost compassion for any situation that I have encountered. Needless to say he has always been available to take my calls.

From the initial tour of our RV to driving it off the lot it was a positive experience. We received consistent email communication while waiting for delivery, and on pickup day the walk through of the RV and the help we got from the parts department were fantastic. We haven’t had to deal with service yet, but so far all of our interactions at Beckley’s have been very positive.

We had the best experience buying our Tracer travel trailer. Even though it was used, they treated us like we were buying new. It was a one stop shop, they did a few minor repairs same day that were noticed on the walk through. We were given a coupon to use in the store for accessories, and they even loaded the SUV for us. Top Notch service!!!

We had a MD State Inspection done on our camper. The service team took care of it in a timely manner and were very thorough. They also showed me a better way to hitch up and fix the way i had tangled up a cable. Very friendly and efficient. Thanks guys!

We just bought our 5th camper from Beckley's, 3rd with Chuck. Never a disapointment. There were a couple of Items that needed fixed and they gave us an appointment right away. We have always had great service.

Bought our first camper in 2018 and traded it yesterday, the process was so easy and actually alot of fun. We have been coming to beckley's and working with Justin for 5 years such a delight 😊. Beckley's staff treated us like family, have and will continue to recommend them. Great customer service in sales, finance, and repairs when needed.

I am very grateful to have found them. The sales person TJ was great, attentive, and kind. He helped me find the best buy for my needs. The other sales people around were also were very nice. Since it’s a family owned business, the vibe is very friendly. Bill, their finance manager, really hooked me up with a great financing plan that I’m honestly so excited about. He was so kind and helpful, I will always recommend anyone going here.

Side note: they have no hidden or extra fees like camping world trying to charge me for delivery, for a walkthrough, and other fees up front on top of a down payment, whereas everything from taxes, titles, license, inspection, etc. go into the financing plan. The walkthrough is part of your purchase. The only thing you need with Berkley’s is a down payment and you just pay monthly 30 days after that down payment! You do need to get RV insurance separately but that’s pretty low cost.

Overall, 10/10!

We could not be happier with our experience with Beckley’s RV this is my first camper but trust me, I have never experienced such a delightful warm and inviting staff of people not to mention the attention to detail and ease of access to my sales person. Eric, or sales guy was by far the best and most courteous sales person you could ever hope to encounter. He was patient and kind and full of wonderful detailed information. His expertise e and knowledge allowed for us to buy the camper site unseen from NJ. Once we made up our minds and decided to proceed, Eric made sure we understood driving and hotel options and sight seeing ideas before and during our trip to get the camper. We made the right choice to let Beckley’s install our hitch as well. It looks amazing and robust and works perfectly.
On the day of delivery, we had another wonderful member of the team Zac who explained everything in great detain and even made certain that our dog was warm and comfortable and set us up with a free loaner car.
I with every business would have thus level of care and attention to detail.
If I could give 7 or 8 stars I certainly would. They even explained where the bathrooms were and offered water. We felt like family. I am amazed and grateful. You made great memories for the mom and son bucket list journey. We will always remember where we got our start with RVing!!!

This was our third purchase from Beckley's and our salesman was Eric. I have never seen someone put forth so much time and effort before a walkthrough, and the walkthrough itself was completely thorough and professional. Even with multiple interruptions from my husband and myself, Eric got right back on track and never skipped a beat. This was our second experience with Justin in finance, and he was also a pleasure to deal with, making the financial part of the deal less painful. Overall everyone at Beckley's was friendly and helpful and the experience was excellent. We are so excited about our new Imagine and can't wait to take it camping.
