The store is under a new manager who has turned it around from being somewhere I avoid at all costs to somewhere I actually enjoy going to. Her professionalism is something to be applauded. She took care of my family with an upbeat attitude, a strong knowledge base of what we were looking for and a happiness that makes us want to go back.

Great Gamestop location.

Ross was a very helpful, He helped me pick something out and helped me learn more about the product before I bought it. He even made sure I actually left with the game inside the case. Cotton Fantasy is a very difficult game! Very Arcade style and very, very easy to game over in, but it has a robust stage practice mode and surprisingly easy to pick up and play.

I visited at a fairly slow time and I really liked my short time at the store.

This store is now under new management. I was very happy and pleased with my store experience. The old manager gave this place an ugly mark but I assure you the new management is 5 stars. Alexis is very professional and friendly. I'm older so not to up to date on these games or the rating of them but the ones she recommended were absolutely perfect my grandkids loved them.

Jason was the perfect associate ! Helpful , friendly , even tried to sell me on some of the offers.

Went in today to return what I thought was defective merchandise and the women working immediately took care of me. Was very patient and listened to my concerns. Customer service was amazing I will definitely be returning here for all my gaming needs!!

Great place compared to before. Very friendly staff, very helpful. Staff told me about a place in the temple mall that repairs ps4, I didn't know that. Very nice and friendly employee. Will definitely return here again.

Love this place always have what I need and offers opitions for payment methods and will hold item if needed.

The employees there are amazing!! They have always gone above and beyond to help me out. Melissa, the manager there, has always been courteous and professional towards me AND my children, and has done everything in her power to get me and my son what we were looking for. I dont even bother going to other GameStops or other video game stores simply because of the customer service I receive there and if I buy a game or product for me or my son, then I know that I will find what I need or they will get it for me, no questions asked!!

Very helpful and polite manager over at the GameStop here in Temple. She definitely saved me and told me exactly what I needed to get for my grandson.
