Panera Bread

We stopped by this Panera Bread location to grab lunch and hold a work meeting, and it did not disappoint!

The internet connection was strong and reliable, making it an ideal spot for a productive meeting.
The vegetarian sandwich and Mexican Corn Soup were absolutely delicious! Fresh, flavorful.

The staff was friendly and attentive, too. Overall, a great experience and a perfect spot for a working lunch.

Manager is amazing, main reason i frequent this location. Coffee is great, sip club is very convenient. The deals when you order through the tablet are very temping!

Panera Bread is a great place for any meal. You get a moderate size meal and you don't leave feeling stuffed.

I usually get the grilled cheese thingy, and damn it's good, but so is the other food there, especially the sweets, not too sweet nor too tart, just the right amount of sweetness for most of them

Had a teriyaki bowl, bread, orange scone with an orange ginger tea. Very good,

always a classic when i visit from canada. the bbq chicken sandwich is just too good

I went into the restaurant to order takeout, The staff was wonderful, from the guy that took my order to the people preparing it and the manager, she was right there with the team helping to put my order together, another team member asked me if I had Christmas plans, I told her mainly making sure my Granddaughter had a good Christmas, at that point the manager came from food prep to give me a cookie to give to my Granddaughter, I was very impressed, I had never been to that particular Panera but I will definitely be back, the food was great, but the staff made my experience the best! Thank you to them!

Definitely a Favorite Go-To in any US City! The Quality and Consistency of Ingredients and Selection is a No Brainer. My Faves are Pick Two Green Goddess Salad, Butternut Cream Soup, Brownie with a mug of Herbal Tea❣

Very busy at lunchtime but staff was very cordial. Food is individually served to make sure it is hot and fresh which it always has been. It was my granddaughter's 6th birthday and they gave her a cookie which meant a lot to her and her mother and myself. 😊 Everything was phenomenal.

Personal favorite. Great food and a nice place with good service.

I will not apologize, I freaking love Panera. It’s just good chemical free healthy food with a sidebar of treats and bagels. Their marketing of the unlimited Sips club gets us in there several times a week, and we regret nothing. I’ve long since given up trying to find the best place to eat in Syracuse because things come and go so fast. And I’m not ashamed to say I ate dozens of the strawberry poppyseed salads. Sometimes a few in the same week. When you find something seasonal you love, you gotta let it know 😘 if I have but one regret, it’s that they never brought back the maple scone after covid. PLEASE! The orange is delicious, but gives me a touch of the gerd…

As an aside, while trying to gain weight after cancer I ate one of their kitchen sink cookies almost daily (450 cal). I was 60 pounds and needed to gain 50. Y’all helped, thank you!

The women that run this Panera early mornings deserve a raise ! They are the most caring hard working helpful employees! I’ve never experienced such great customer service! They treat you like family when you come in they remember your name and order! The attention to detail and amount of care Is outstanding I’ve never seen a grumpy look on these lady’s faces ! I could go on all day, you just don’t get that kind of customer service these days! My favorite Panera by far because of them two hands down!

The service was fast and correct. We took it to go this time. The food is consistently good. In the past, getting the right order when using the app was always risky. Though I now go there and place the order and things have gone much much better.

We stopped for a quick lunch and had a bowl of turkey chili and a turkey avocado sandwich. Both were delicious and fresh. I was pleasantly surprised that the chili wasn't extra salty. It's common for places to over salt soups and chili to add "flavor" but this was just right!
I like Panara because the food is fresh, much more healthy than fast food, and reasonably priced.

Friendliest most polite staff I've evey had in a restaurant. Even called out the manager to tell her so. Food excellent as usual

Cashier was rude and seemed annoyed that I dared use my free coupon since my last salad had hair in it. They have been out of the poppyseef dressing for a week.

Love their 2 for 1 or whatever they call it, had french onion soup, (could have been a bit hotter but was warn, and greek salad. Always delicious. Great service, Thank you!

Love this place. I have never eaten at a Panera Bread that was not an absolute enjoyable meal. I like to order a bread bowl with soup. I'll usually get french onion but sometimes I mix it up because they have really good soups. We take my 8 year old and 2 year old, and they both love it. 2 year old gets the macaroni and cheese, so good. My son loves to get a grilled cheese and soup. Great food, always fresh, always clean. Love it here.

Stopped in for diner with a group of 12 youth. The staff was kind, and efficient. We got all of our multiple orders in a surprisingly fast amount of time! Pleasant family atmosphere. Clean, cute décor. Great stop while on a youth trip! We all ate for under 140.00!

Thank you to the manager for offering a free bakery item, after a mistake was made during my takeout..mistakes happen and I appreciate the apology, but we’re human! & as always, the food was amazing 👌🏼👏🏼 Thank you so much to everyone working behind the counter, at the Cicero store..you are all amazing.
