Long story short, I had a terrible experience with Verizon customer service due to being misled at a Verizon corporate store. I went to this location near closing time. Shane was on his own at the store until closing time, with a few people ahead of me he still had the mindset to assist me. He put me in contact with Jesse, who gave me numerous options to get me a phone that night, and told Shane to do whatever he needs to do in order to correct the issue that Verizon corporate created.

I went in expecting to spend over $1000 to get a phone that suits my needs. Shane and Jesse had me out the door for a considerable amount less than I expected to pay. Also, this was done without changing my plan or using an upgrade. This was just getting me a new phone for a better deal than full retail price.

I run a family business, and I know the difference between corporate and small business. It was nice to be the customer and get treated how I treat my customers, and the willingness to stay until the issue is resolved was very much appreciated!

I have purchased my phones in the past 10 years from this store. Jesse and his employees have always been the best knowledgable, and pleasant people. Dealt with Jesse with my latest problem and was more than pleased with his solution and the the time he spent with us.

I brought my tablet in because it was not functioning as it is supposed to. I sat with Shane as we worked with Verizon tech support. Shane, did everything humanly possible to help me get it working! Great store with great help!! We buy all our Verizon phones and accessories here!!

Joe did an outstanding job getting my phone and tablet set up and covered with the best security coverage for both of my devices. 🤗 Jesse the store manager, was very helpful getting me the best plan and perks that fit my budget. I highly recommend this Verizon store and the staff! 👍

Jesse and his staff go above and beyond for us every time. We've been coming here for years for our phones and other tech needs. The best thing for me as someone who isn't very technically inclined, they actually take the time to help you set up your phone and transfer info.

I stopped in the Verizon Store on Lawrence Dr in North Syracuse today to look into purchasing a new Samsung Galaxy S24 phone. I was greeted very pleasantly by Joe, one of the Associates. He asked what brought me in today, and I said I was intrested in the new promotions Verizon Wireless was offering on the new Galaxy phones.
Jesse the store manager came over to help me. He took the time to explain the new promotion and to answer any questions, I had. I decided to get a new Galaxy S24 phone.
Jesse had me sit down with CJ one of the Associates to set up my phone. Everything went seamless. The customer service from these guys was outstanding. I highly recommend Jesse and his staff.
