These guys are awesome. Have been using them for a decade and bought a new computer almost every other year and printers and accessories. All great prices all function well and they just help me reinstall my windows 11 Matt was awesome super helpful knowledgeable friendly recommend this place to anyone.

I was wanting to get a Windows 11. So, after shopping Desktops I found a Windows 10 machine, thinking that it could be upgraded to a Windows 11, but it did not say in the description that it could be upgraded to Windows 11. Not thinking I went ahead and ordered the Windows 10 machine. After I did that, I thought I better make sure it could be upgraded, so I emailed to make sure this could be done. Well Tom Stein emailed me back and told me it couldn't be upgraded. So, I asked Tom Stein if he could help me out. I gave him my order number and asked if could stop the order. Not only did he stop the order, but he was able to get me a much better Windows 11, and he saved me money on the new machine. The computer was delivered earlier than expected and it was in great shape. I'm so thankful to Tom Stein for his great customer service he deserves lunch. Thanks so much. I will recommend Discount Electronics to all of my friends and family.

Hats off to Tim Garza, he helped me get a computer package 2 24inch screens the tower ,mouse, keyboard and all wires for 350.00. I called ahead spoke with Tim he got everything ready even tested it before I got there and had everything ready for me when I arrived, I paid for it and was out , outstanding customer service from start to finish. I've even called the last two days with just questions and Tim is right there for me, it truly means a lot to feel so welcomed. People like you Tim, make the world a better place!! Thank you, I will continue to do business with you guys and I recommend to anyone. I give you all ten stars!!!! thanks to Tim Garza!!!!!

Eve helped me with my recent purchase and was excellent. Very knowledgeable and helped me find the right laptop to meet my needs.

Another great experience at Discount Electronics. This time we were assisted by Eve, at the Parmer Lane location. We brought in an older laptop that was super slow. Eve looked at all the specs and helped us to decide whether we wanted to spend the money to update what we had, or go ahead and purchase a different computer. We decided to go ahead and purchase a pre-owned laptop, which came with a one-year warranty. She listened to our needs and helped us determine would work for us, without pushing us to buy something for more than what we were willing to spend. She made sure all of the updates were complete on the one we chose before we left the store. She was great to work with. She was also able to provide us with the monitor cable we needed and one of the other associates was able to remove the hard drive from our old computer and put it in a case to turn it into an external hard drive. Attentive service each visit. Ultimately purchased my computer with the help of Matt B. He explained the specs I would need to run the programs I use and then found me a newer laptop that met all of my requirements. He made the computer buying process much easier.

I entered the Parmer store unsure of what equipment would best suit my requirements. Eve made really helpful suggestions and got me sorted out soon after. I've been using the equipment daily and am very satisfied with my purchase.

I seen a lot of good reviews at this place and I was in need for a laptop. I came in and Matt B was so knowledgeable and very helpful! He can add more RAM and different hard drives if you need to! The prices are very affordable and I was very happy with my purchase! I definitely recommend coming here and Matt B can answer all your questions!

Eve at the Parmer store helped me so much- way above and beyond! She listened carefully to the exact features in laptops that I needed, and was patient and diligent in searching the available stock to find me just what I needed. Her initial phone advice was respectful and knowledgeable and not condescending, so I felt really heard, and she was happy to walk me through the steps to see what my existing laptops' systems had and whether they were upgradeable to Windows 11. When they were not, I knew that she was the person I needed to find the best replacement machines- And she did. I am so glad to have met her and benefitted from her assistance and caring. She is my new favorite 'go to' for my future hardware needs.

I had the most pleasant experience with Eve at this store today! She was so very patient with my elderly father answering all of his questions and never seemed to get annoyed even though he moved very slow. I have loved dealing with Discount Electronics for the last 15 years or so. They have an incredible selection of, what I have always found to be, lightly used computers. They give a ONE YEAR guarantee on all the computers they sell, and the prices are great. The sales guy that I always deal with is TIM GARZA. While I am sure all the sales guys are knowledgeable and helpful, Tim always greets me with a big smile and he answers all of my questions in a way that I can understand. I Highly recommend Discount and Tim.

Matt G and Matt B are the absolute generals in this war of tech!!
I came in when my laptop screen didn’t come on and Matt G took the time out to crack open my computer reset and reconfigure the mechanics adjacent to the motherboard and got my work computer working in a matter of minutes. These guys are super personable, knowledgeable and just great all around guys. Glad this store is my neighborhood!

Eve and Matt G. were very helpful advising my wife and I regarding purchasing the PC that meets our needs. I went to the Parmer Ln. location and I was assisted by JD. He advised me on hardware and software upgrades I could make to my HP laptop that would improve both speed and performance. Even though they had a similar model on the floor and ready to go, he never tried to pressure sell that computer or any other hardware or services. He simply answered my questions, provided the expert knowledge I was looking for, and told me they would be happy to take care of my computer when I was ready. I have used Discount Electronics over the years for all of my computer repair needs and purchases. I have never had a bad experience and I have never been disappointed with the service. I highly recommend them and JD in particular!

Came here Monday (fifteen minutes before close) needing a computer so my wife could work in the morning. As soon as I walked in I realized the location had moved. Very nice building. I recognized Matt B from the last computer I bought at the old location. He was able to answer every question I had, and I had lots. Our family depends on my wife having a working computer for her job so we wanted to make sure to get a commercial grade computer that’s made to keep up with a heavy work load. We got a dell optiplex for a quarter of the price of a new one but its life span isn’t even half over. We’re pleased with the value and the
1 yr warranty sure is great!
