Dairy Queen

Tried to order a peanut buster parfait before close and they were out of whole peanuts and their hot fudge pump had broken.
They kindly offered some substitute options and they made an amazing parfait. Their night crew is awesome! Kudos to those two ladies who were working that night. Great customer service and awesome DQ (5/14/24).

I've been addicted to their tacos since I was a kid. They never disappoint. I like the new renovations.

One of the only DQ's around that still have the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard. If you haven't had one yet and you love pumpkin pie, you don't know what you've been missing. I go there so often that now the staff knows what I want as soon as I walk in. Great vibes here.

I went to Mac Donald's for a ice cream coronet ( ice cream cone) but the machine was not working - Dairy Queen to the rescue. Yippee my jonesing for a soft serve quelled across the road.

Great place.Comfortable and clean

Very sweet lady at the drive-thru last night. I've always liked this location and haven't had a bad experience like some of these other reviews. If I had a complaint, I would say the drive-thru speaker/microphone always seems to be having problems.

Edit: I'm also not going to DQ for the food. Maybe that's where some of the reviews are coming from.

The lines are long , but you can see how they have hard workers. I came 2 days in a row for my son to get an ice cream cone and not only were they sweet with my autistic child but they made sure he loved his ice cream and handled it with care. I've been coming here since I was little and I will keep coming back. Hard workers. Fast food isn't easy that others make it seem to be. I've worked in fast food. I just want to thank the ladies behind the counter for making my son visit good. He left with a smile on his face.

Food was fantastic. Very tasty, hot and delicious. Employee, Edward suggested the burgers and fries which were cooked to our liking. Blizzards are also good! We will be returning soon!

Today's visit to DQ was disappointing. It took almost 30 minutes to order and get my food. I ordered 2 Six piece Steak Finger Baskets. At first, I thought it was due to there being short on personnel. When I finally made it to the window, there were several staff members working. My order wasn't ready. I was asked to pull up and wait. The Steak fingers were over fried. 😕

I swore I would never come back to this Dairy Queen after the service I received about a month ago but I took another chance and I'm glad I did. Johnny the new manager his customer service is absolutely superb and thank you to Denise for all her hard work.

This DQ had exceptional service and speed when we dropped by. The dining room is undergoing renovations, so you have to use the drive thru. We stopped by for a quick ice cream and it was delicious.

We went through the drive through, as the inside was closed, and there was a long line/very busy. Once at the window, I asked if I could change my order a bit. They said "yes" and were VERY kind, polite, and customer friendly! I totally would have understood had they said no but was very appreciative and impressed with staff behavior. The food was perfect as well! Wonderful experience!

Very clean restaurant and quick to get something to eat

Left my gravy out but they wanted to replace the meal I said no just next time make sure I get it.. very busy but they did do Good about owning up to the mistake. Ill be back

So after dinner we decided to take the kids to get dessert and go look at Christmas lights. We brought our two dogs with us. The nice young lady saw our dogs and asked if they wanted a pup cup for them. I had no idea what it was and asked how much and she said no charge. It is a small ice cream for the dogs. They loved them. Great service.

Nice people here. Good food. My sister lives nearby but I live 2 hours away. We went there to celebrate her birthday, eat burgers and fries, play Yahtzee and eat a Blizzard. They let us stay as long as we wanted and were so kind.

As the new Active General Manager of this particular location as of 11/06/2022 I just want to say first and foremost we appreciate each and everyone of our dedicated fans who have continuously supported the DQ brand, however I want to apologize and also want to invite each and every previous guest who had a bad or not so good experience or got poor quality food or ice cream that wasn’t to the high quality standards to come back and give us another chance ! Let us turn you into a regular Fan of LoneStar DQ! Since coming on board with this amazing and hard working group of individuals as a team we have truly made such great progress each and every day, we are headed in the right direction, we are training employees day in and day out the correct and Lonestar DQ way, which is to always provide great quality food each and an experience you’ll remember every time, in a clean professional and fun environment! We would like each and every Fan to become lifelong fans!

Again, I want to apologize for any previous experience that wasn’t up to par but I ask of you to come back and give us another chance! Let us make you a regular Fan!
