Just updated to a new phone. Our sales rep, Jean was very curteous, efficient, and helpful. He answered all our questions and explained the deal he was offering thoroughly. My second phone from this location. I recommend them highly!

Adam at the Auburndale store, was very informative and helped guide us to the best deal for us. We never felt like he was a salesman. He treated us very fairly. Thank you Adam! We love our new phones!

I just want to thank Chris for his outstanding service he provided me . I had my son who bought me a prepaid phone for Verizon but I wasn't able to activate it , I was told to go to the store.. Amhad was great it helped me order my new iPhone 15 max pro and hooked me up with Verizon deal with an iPad and Apple Watch. My family is definitely happy with our purchases and Amhad. He even came in on his day off, drive to another store to get my iPad and then meet us at another store to finalize the sale. I’m a serial entrepreneur so I’m really big on customer service and Amhad EXCEEDED our expectations! Please give him a raise and promote him ASAP!❤

Amber is great. She assisted me with applying my liquid glass screen protector. Ask for her if you want new phones.

Amber was super knowledgeable with the technology of the phones and super in getting all transfer of data and settings to new iPhone and new Apple ID.
We came to the closest store to son's college to get assistance with the new phone and son was more impressed with Amber service then when he has gone to any Apple store.

Had a great experience today trading in my phone with Ahmad A. Would definitely recommend coming and seeing him. Super friendly, definitely coming back soon.

JEAN! Great service and encounter. I couldn't get my wife's iwatch 8 to work for the life of me. Jean couldn't quite get it done BUT with the help of technical services he got it done! All while leaving his call on speaker so I could follow along. Best experience I've had with yall in a long time. I don't come to the stores themselves much but I didn't have any choice. I came in store looking to leave Verizon, my bill was too high! I couldn’t take it anymore being retired. Hannah pulled up the account and saved us money with getting two new phones. She explained everything to us and was so nice. Our bill went from $222 to $143. We will be back to upgrade our phones with her from now on. This store has came a long way since the last time I was in here. I’m so Happy With the service i was given at this Verizon store. Thank you Hannah!

The Techs are on top of it. If they don't know, they will find out. Got my problem solved and had some laughs along the way. This store has generally been a good place to go for my wife and I .

Just bought a new phone with verizon online was getting some dificult to send media pic tru text . Call customer support they put me a techn but he couldnt figure out a solution 2 hours on the phone but nothing . I went to the auburndale store and julien in les than 5 minutes fix the issue with my phone and my wife phone really courtesy guy if u get any issue i would suggest to got and ask for julien and really patient . I was already angry with the service but thanks julien for your help highly recomended

I had an issue with this store during the purchase of several phones/new lines last week. I received a call from the store manager, Chris, and my sales rep Julien. Both of these gentlemen took my complaint and turned it into an opportunity to show me the service this store provides. I was upset about transparency of fees being charged and Chris advised he would provide coaching to the staff. When a business can turn a bad situation around, it is the hallmark of good management and staff.
Because of this, I'm changing my review. Julien - you handled this situation very well and I appreciate all you did to assist. Just make sure you explain all of the charges when someone is getting a new phone :)

Supervisor Adam rendered not only a professional, precise solution to a problem I was experiencing on my new iPhone, but showed a co-worker how to fix the same problem so he could help someone else. Adam’s leadership and professionalism was fantastic. Thank you, Adam!!

Shout out to Julien Gonzalez who helped when the Verizon Customer Service line was useless - I spent up to 6 hours total trying to get my new tablet activated - Julien got me taken care of in 30 minutes. Thank you Julien for all of your professional help - I would recommend going by with any issues for assistance.

My visit at this Verizon was one of the best thus far. I worked with Jose, he was very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions in ways I could understand. He even opened the door for me with a huge smile on his face, making me feel very welcomed! If I could give more then five stars, I would. Highly recommended!

Matthew B was very helpful to us in purchasing our new phones. He knows his products well and he was very patient in explaining our costs, setting up the phones for us, and how the phones worked. He even gave us his direct number in case we had any questions. I would definitely recommend him!!
