This has the best and fastest service for late night drive thru and mobile delivery among the McDonald’s around East Polk County as they have enough personnel and their lobby is open for pick up and doesn’t have to use the drive thru like the one in Haines City with at least 10 cars in drive thru lane and probably 2-3 personnel inside the store. Just stating facts.

I love ❤ this location!!!! The employees are fantastic! Always pleasant and friendly! Wish they were ALL like this one! I miss them when I'm not working or out of town! Thank you for a great job and hard work.

food was rusty but i liked the dead cockroach in it😁. it was an amazing taste of dead insects and rodents in my mouth. WOULD RECOMMEND!😀😀

I work here, so I will admit bias, but I have seen this store come a LONG way. I started May 2022, and this store has been getting better since not long after that. We had a new general manager who really got this store into shape. Our food is much higher quality now, our crew is more skilled and polite, and we have better management to keep the store running better than ever. I can promise that we will deliver the best experience possible, and if for any reason we fall short, let us know and we will correct the issue.

I stopped at this McDonald’s after a long drive and some ginger girl took my order in the drive thru she was rlly polite, my fries and cheesburger were cooked perfectly not cold perfect

My favorite McDonald's. Sweet tea on point. Food always hot no matter what time i go. Friendly staff at all time day or night. The only negative is no desserts.

The manager was great with her leadership and making sure everyone was working well and greeting all customers and taking care of business! Not too many McDonald with this type of leadership! Lady manager was nice!

This McDonald's will make you feel like you are at Chick-fil-A. I drove 10 mins out ofmy way past 3 of McDonald's to come here! Way to stand out, every one of us that stop in everyday appropriate what yall do!

Five Stars and beyond for Amber's Customer service right now ! She was absolutely lovely !

This is my local McDonald's. I can't speak much to the dine-in experience since I do pickup, but I can say they've been on their way up. There seem to be a few new employees and the manager, Jessica who was there during my visit today does NOT play about making sure her customers feel appreciated and taken care of. I have had previous orders that got a bit mixed up, but honestly have never had an issue getting it fixed. All in all, pretty much always a good experience for me, but you also get the energy you put out, so read the bad reviews with that in mind.

Drive thru was quick and food fresh.

All was good at this location, the food and service was great.

Order kiosks are very convenient and easy to use. My order was made AFTER I paid which is always worth a star.

I stop here pretty often. My custom order is always right. Occasionally my unsweetened tea isn't right, but I appreciate the speed of service.

This McDonald's is very busy, has been since I moved from Tampa 3 decades ago. This location is fast, fresh food, and never have I been handed an incorrect bag. To all other fast food edutainment, this is the mark!

WOW!!!!! Fastest, Friendliest Service. Quite a few cars in line when arriving. But order taken pretty quickly. Then bop, bop, bop at the window paying. Straight to pick up window food ready and waiting. Both ladies at both windows were extremely pleasant a d wished me a good night. I wish I could give you 10 stars.

My family went here on Christmas Eve. Getting McDonald's after looking at lights is a decades long annual tradition. Even though the drive thru line was around the building and the one inside almost out the door, our food was hot and the order was correct. We could tell the very small crew was overwhelmed. They were all in good spirits and helpful even while dealing with difficult costumers and working when they were missing time celebrating with their families.

As of 2024 this place has improved leaps and bounds over previous years is there a breakfast crew is awesome.
