Ashley was excellent! I came 2 minutes before breakfast ended and they accommodated all my breakfast needs. Ashley even went above and beyond to give me the sauces I needed for my very picky child. Give this girl a raise!

Food was hot and fresh and timely. Ashley the manager has great customer service skills.

My favorite thing is there limited time fried peach & cream cheese pies and the apple turnovers are delicious too. They have excellent hand breaded chicken sandwiches, and my daughter loves the hand breaded chicken biscuit sandwich. The service is usually fast and the staff is very welcoming and wanting to make sure you get what you want. Busy most of the time I go here but like I said their drive thru moves really fast.

Breakfast is always on point here! I've grown to detest most other fast food morning menus but Hardee's chicken biscuit add egg & cheese is 🔥. They're always quick & attentive as well. I do love mixing their black coffee w/ some sweet tea, it's a fantastic combo 👊😁❤‼

They had the omelette biscuit and I was so happy haven't had one in years and I very much enjoyed it! They were very fast and food was very fresh!

I love Hardees hamburgers! Had the "Really Big Hardee" combo with a chocolate milk shake! 😋

Even though I Door Dash there, I
found the service there to be
top notch! And when McDonald's lobby is closed during the day, this lobby is always open whether they are
short employees or not. It seems that McDonald's could
learn a few things from this
company.

All I have to say is that the morning crew are so awesome there. They made a mistake on one of my issues and I let them know and they were real quick that they said. Oh yeah we can fix it but I already dropped off my daughter so she couldn't leave her breakfast so they said just come back another day. My truck broke down and it took me a week to get there and even though it was longer than a week they still took care of me. The lady remembered me and she is awesome. Can you remember her name but if I do I'll repost something for her breakfast crew. Thank you very much. You're awesome. My daughter loves eating breakfast there before school so thank you

I think it's great. I do mobile orders and I've never had any issues once arriving. No forgotten food items or anything. Staff has always been nice and professional.

Best fast food in winter haven. The dinning room is always clean. The employees are friendly. The food is always good. An their sizes for drinks an fries are bigger than other places. The pepper poppers are great, i get them every time. Curly fries are awesome. My favorite is the roast beef an cheddar. Ive tried some of the different sandwiches they were all good. Never cold food always hot an fresh. An they have a happy hour with a few things cheaper during that time.

The cinnamon raisin biscuits were awesome!! The 20 minute wait for them, since they had run out ( at 9:45 am) , not so much !! They were also totally out of coffee in the front, that people were waiting on. The line for drive thru was out on the street. So 5 stars for the food-- 2 stars for management..........

Love love love the biscuits and gravy! The best biscuits on the planet! Consistent servings and flavor. Great prices too.
