Brighton's Guns

I have had two pistols recently transferred in, and I could not be happier with everything. Richard and his mom seem like very nice people decent selection, not overly large. But they are very helpful and willing to answer even my silly questions.

If you are looking to purchase a firearm, I would strongly recommend you visit the Brighton’s Gun shop in Stevensville, Md. From the first day my husband and I walked into this establishment the owner Mr. Rick made us feel liked family. He was very tentative and knowledgeable on all the questions we had on various weapons; and provide some excellent advise. Thank you again for everything.

Been going to that same shop for at least 3 years and I gotta say the new owners and are on point professionally and take care of you.

I wanna give an update on my review as of 08/13/20. Richard, his mother and his other employees are
definitely good folks who know how to take care of their customers. During the shutdown I was out of work, I already had a rifle on layaway and thought I would have to give it up especially since there was another rifle I had my eyes on but instead he said"just pay me what you can when you can and I'll take the other rifle and reserve it for you and you can think it over on whether you wanna do a layaway plan for a second gun" it's customer service like that that makes me wanna only do business at brightons

I found my way into this shop a few weeks ago and I will be honest I did not think I would be welcomed within this shop. I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of Richard (the Owner) and the Woman employee who worked with me. Both took plenty of time to answer my questions and make suggestions for me. I did not purchase that day as I was awaiting paperwork. But I will be going back to make a purchase from them. In today's climate it is refreshing to have people be nice JUST BECAUSE.

Awesome store, great service and friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised after my first visit to Brighton's Guns. I bought a pistol from Richard bean, the owner, and the process was both easy and quick. Both the guys there were very knowledgeable and helpful and made the normally confusing process a breeze. In fact I've just ordered my second pistol from them and can't wait to go back again! Too bad I can only leave 5 stars!

I have been going into Brighton guns even before he changed the sign. Richard is a knowledgeable well-versed friendly individual his mama the same thing. I have researched his prices with other stores and online and they’re close, He has a right to make a profit he’s in business. So for someone to call him a liar and he’s 200% over other prices is ridiculous. He’s been able to get me things when no one else could. He will work with you and make sure that you’re satisfied. And I’ve gone in there just to hang out play with the dog talk to mama so I don’t know what certain people are talking about I think it’s very unfounded.

Great shop. The owner is a great guy. I did a trade in, and bought a new gun from him this past month. The trade in got a fair price, and the new gun purchase could have not gone better. I had a follow up call to them and they could not have been more accommodating.
This will be my go to shop from now on.

Friendly staff, makes you comfortable to look around, and ask questions. I like it, compared to some others gun stores, I have visited. Nice place.

My husband and I have been coming to Brighton’s since they opened. I myself have purchased 2 Trump 1911’s. They are one of the friendliest gun shops around. I highly recommend this gun store. Richard is very knowledgeable about the guns. Great friendly service always.

Brighton’s Gun’s has all of my business and families business. We have purchased several riffles and several pistols from these wonderful people. The “rude lady” is actually named Roxanna. And she is one of the nicest people you will ever encounter, along with the old guy! She is so nice there is a song named after her... if you have a song named after you, you are not rude. I will continue buying and forming friendships with this family. Highly recommend shopping and buying from here. If they don’t have it they will get it in for you. How’s that for customer service!

The owner and his daughter will welcome you make you feel like family. They go that extra mile to keep you happy and safe.

My buddy and I went in on 4/23/20 and were greeted with kindness and a friendly attitude. I would recommend anybody to visit! It was easy to talk to the guys in there and never felt pressured in any way. Both myself and my friend walked out of there with a new gun. We will be back for sure!

I walked in looking for a item, and unfortunately they didn’t have it in stock. The item has been very hard to find and I was at the end of the line. Didn’t think I was going to ever find it. The staff assisted trying to look on line and find it, with not much luck. But then, one of the staff had an idea. She went behind the counter, she dug around, did some looking and .... she came back with not the item I was looking for, but one that would work for me. She saved the day and made my week. Thank you all for being so helpful when I needed it most.
I will continue to come to this store for my hard to find and every day needs! Great place, highly recommend you stop by and see how great your day can be!

Richard is a great guy and has no problem answering any questions. Prices are fair and he will always go out of his way to help you find whatever you are looking for! Definitely recommend this place to everyone I know!
