O'Reilly Auto Parts

Auto parts store that's there for parts needed. To me is a convenience for small parts instead of going to the dealership. Picked up a couple of items for my van. Much cheaper than the dealership.

Went to Auto Zone for a blinker bulb, they were so rude I walked out. Went to O'reilly and they were so nice! Raul helped me and even installed the bulb for me. Great place and great service! Thank you O'reilly and especially Raul at the Adams location!

Raul helped me get my Kia the fuses it needed so my horn and alarm would work again and even helped me put in my coolant. Super friendly and knowledgeable. He even gave me a quick run down of how the products i bought were being used. (I was curious) Best associate experience ive had in awhile. Thanks Again for making sure me and my Kia were good to go before i left. ☺

Very helpful and friendly employees. Always seem to have what I'm looking for. I have also been coming here since this location was built because of how great they are.

I went in to buy a battery today that the online O'Reilly site said was in stock at that store. Turns out they don't stock the particular battery that I needed though it could be purchased online and delivered to my home. I would have no problem with this option but needed to get the vehicle up and running today if at all possible. The comparable batteries weren't what I was looking for and the Manager was nice enough to tell me about a business in town that stocked the brand of battery I needed. I was able to get the battery and get the vehicle back in the road thanks to his recommendation. Things like this get my business. I didn't buy anything today from O'Reilly but because of the Manager's thoughtfulness I'll make it my first stop when I need something they stock. 👍

I always prefer O’Reillys over Advanced more competitive prices and it always seems like they are more nicer and more knowledgeable about any vehicle of mines!!!

Awesome store and excellent manager. Visited store to fix windshield wiper sprayer. Manager looked at it, popped it back in place. No charge and pleasant to boot. Kudos!!!

Victoria was absolutely professional and helped me with everything I needed. I've been going there for years and everyone there has always been great. This time it was a return and she made the process painless with professionalism.

The clerk was helpful in finding a belt we needed. Our old belt didn't have any numbers on it, so he measured our old one with a belt tool. I managed to get the belt on, but it could have been a little longer. I actually thought it should have been. It was hard getting in and out of the parking lot from Adams, we were making left turns.

Went to O'Reilly's today expecting to get some new bulbs for my rear brake lights, as soon as I walk into the door Paul welcomed me to the store and asked if there was anything I needed help with. I let him know that I was looking for and gave him the year, make, and model of my car. Pulled up some options instantly on his computer, but before directing me to the bulbs asked if I'd let him have a look at it to make sure I even needed the bulb or if it was some other issue. I agreed to the suggestion and we went to have a look. Verifying that the light was burnt out, Paul grabbed some tools and went about taking the bulb out of the socket. He noticed that I happened to have a spare bulb in my trunk (had recently replaced the lights over my license plate). We plugged in the spare, tested it out, and worked perfectly, both brake light and turn signal started working again. Tried to give Paul a tip for his service and assistance, plus the fact that he saved me $20-$30; however, he refused the tip and just said plainly that I needed help and he just wanted to help me. Kind, courteous, and professional all describe Paul and I would highly recommend that you ask for him anytime you step inside the store.

I used to go to AutoZone, but O'Reilly's is just better both price wise/quality and by selection. Don't get me wrong, AutoZone has great products, but O'Reilly's has products just as good but with better and more positive customer satisfaction to boot.

Very helpful in checking why we had check engine notice and then assisted in installing a battery for us. Wow over and beyond what most people would do. Thankyou soooo much.

I went to O'Reilly's on West Adams in temple not knowing what was wrong with my car it was making a bad noise and I had my babies in the car. I called and Paul answered the phone he came out and looked at my car. Well my brakes was so bad it messed up my rotors. He did everything he could. I bought the brakes and Paul told me because it was so bad that I couldn't drive my car home with my kids he took time out his work day and changed my breaks for me. I'm so grateful that he was working most other people wouldn't care as much as he did. So if you ever go to O'Reilly's on West Adams in temple ask for Paul I highly recommend him. He'd a great employee now when I go back I will only deal with him.

Professional staff! Helps me with any auto need and gives good tips for putting my engine back together. Will come back for more air fresheners! Best selection in all the land
