Walgreens Pharmacy

We are visiting from Chicago. We had an emergency and needed a prescription from our local pharmacy. The pharmacist here was super helpful and kind!! She was able transfer my prescription from home to this location, filled it quickly, and even found coupons, so my prescription was affordable!! Easiest med pick up ever!!! Thanks.

I have been to many Walgreens always good service however this one was not, the pharmacy people very helpful & friendly, however some of the people checking you out by the door are unfriendly with a bad attitude, one girl do not know her name was so rude after I asked a question, if she hates her job she should leave.

Spoke with a customer service rep about a refill, sat on hold for 40 minutes and the entire time it said 2 callers ahead of you. Absolutely ridiculous!

This is a very busy Walgreens, always has and always will be. That is not the responsibility of the customers who are paying the higher prices, waiting in the ungodly long pharmacy lines, getting attitude from pharmacists that dislike their job because it’s not what they thought it would be. We the people who make the purchases are still relevant! Remember we work too! Some of us have important jobs too that tax us and make us tired and we wish we were somewhere else too but no we are at Walgreens in Granite wasting our valuable time because nobody either wants to work there or Corporate Walgreens doesn’t care!

Urgent care called in a script. I called Walgreen pharmacy and kept being hung up on. I was able to get the status ...in process. Went to the store and was told no pharmacist would be there until 4pm. Meanwhile I cannot get the scripts I need, sent from an URGENT CARE! Walgreens is always short staffed and the turn-around time is always ridiculous, but this takes the cake!! Can you believe NO PHARMACIST there!!!

Will never order photo pickup from this location again. The attitudes I received from not 1 but 2 different associates in photo was beyond disbelief. They were rude, didnt want to speak, acted like they couldnt find my photo order, just the whole works!! I order tons of photos but if you don't like your job that's not my fault and you don't have to take it out on me. I walked out of there knowing I would never return to this location if it was the last Walgreens left.

This Pharmacy is horrible! I have neuropathy pain in my leg. They had an issue with a perscripion instead of letting me know they kept listing as no action needed. A week and a half I changed to Madison Avenue Walgreens I sleped that night because I had my medicine. Also Namioki Walgreens uses a call center and Madison Avenue you talk to someone in the store.

Overpriced and as slow as molasses go to Schnucks or Walmart

Extremely slow service.
