I like the Uptown post office but How is anyone supposed to mail anything when the hours keep getting changed by staff? They've always been nice, helpful, & knowledgeable. Does the Postmaster General know about this? The hours they were open was until 4:45pm and has been for decades. The people here like this. Today there was several others trying to mail things when I tried to mail things but once again, another sign was taped to the window with yet Another change of hours. Is someone trying to intentionally get the Uptown post office to close for good? Sure does seem like it. Please stop this & go back to regular hours. Thank you

The woman that helped me went above and beyond by calling another post office to help locate my package.

Excellent customer service. New to granite just moved here and the lady I spoke to was very informing and nice!

Through rain sleet or snow the postman is always there as long as it's not a holiday

Usually long lines but the staff do a great job trying to get you in and out ASAP.

Odd spot hard to find if your not paying attn

Walked in at 4:20 and asked about getting a key to my mailbox because it said they closed at 4:45. Went there the window was closed so I opened the door to what I thought was a lobby looking for someone to talk to. A lady came out being very rude saying I’m not supposed there and when trying to ask questions she was very rude and said they closed at 4 instead of 4:45. She could of have simply done everything in a nicer way if they were closed.

Had a very negative experience with Michelle. Walked in at 4:44. She made it clear that they close at 4:45 and should have already locked up and closed her window. Was rude the whole process slapping a paper down for me to write the address. Got huffy because I didn’t put the return address, wasn’t told to. So she snipped at me that I had to and it’s required, ok that’s fine. She taped the pieces of paper to the package. I asked if she was going to print a label and ship because I didn’t understand why she would tape the scrap paper to the package. Again she snipped and rolled her eyes that she wasn’t done yet and had to put it in the computer. I asked for her name and she said “Michelle, you can find it on your receipt.” Meanwhile sue was also on the phone with “her boss.” As I left I said, “I’m sorry for keeping you an extra 3 minutes” she said “doesn’t matter to me, it’s my bosses that pay me $65 an hour”. But apparently did matter to her because I don’t understand the pathetic bad attitude.

This would be the second time the crazy mail carrier has stopped my mail!!!! He put a letter in my mailbox stating that it was too full and that my mail was at the post office and if I didnt pick it up in 10 days then it will be returned to sender. Ok, but I havent recieved mail since and that was OVER a month ago. This is ridiculous!! I've missed important mail and this have cost me money!!! That mailbox get full with junkmail in 2 days!!! He has no right to stop my mail like that. Now I have to take another trip to the post office smh. The mail carrier should be fired!!!

A package that is not mine was delivered to my address- I tried calling the post office- but. The automated assistant would not let me talk to a person to report it

Plain rude, lie and say packages are delivered, and they throw my packages anywhere NOT EVEN THE RIGHT ADDRESS
