Arby's

I’ve had a great experience at Arby’s thus far. I don’t frequent often but the few times I’ve visited the Thornton road location the staff was most professional. I despise onions and anytime I let them know this they have prepared my wrap exactly as I’ve asked. I appreciate the awesome customer experience and delivery of what I asked. Thank you

Ordered the half pounder roast beef sandwich meal..service was great ! Food was ready in no time everything was fresh, thought the sandwich was kinda light on the roast beef compared to a lot of other Arby's but everything was good !

Arby's is consistent with their online ordering. I have yet to run into an issue using their app.

Ordered the brisket meal, it looked like the meat had sat there a while. The manager took it back and brought me another one. It was a wee bit better. My sister had a problem with her meal. I think she wanted the sauce on the side or heated but it wasn't. The manager was nice. Definitely a 3☆rating...

I must say it's been a while since I came here to eat the staff has changed looks like there has been a few renovations appearances clean staff were nice and friendly and the sandwich was delicious fries hot and fresh and as a bonus for happy hour the shakes are 1.99 and it was rich creamy and good.. since there has been a number of changes since my first visit the ratings deserve far greater stars but the first visit was definitely a 3☆ response.

I love Arby’s. They seemed to need some help but the food was still good.

Charles has very good customer service skills. He seemed to me, a person who's there for the customer. He said he's been at Arby's for 8 years! He said: Arby's gave me a chance. I'm still here. He was very kind as well as the rest of the staff. The fries were good, I should've asked for sauce on the side, lol! The peach shake was FANTABOLUS!! I do think I should put my own sauce on my burger. Other than that, everything was fine today! I was there around 1:30 p.m.

Always my favorite place to eat far as fast food goes. Very fast service and awesome and courteous staff. My family loves it

Tonight I went thru the drive thru with a big order. The cashier lady was very polite and accommodating to my sauce requests. So different from my last visit a year or so ago. I pulled over to check my order and was missing a large cheese stick order. I went back to Arby’s, the line was terribly long. My car has been a bit under the weather lately. So we knocked on the door a couple times then Gideon came to see the matter. Let me tell you Gideon was a super nice employee! They fixed my order right up. No hassle no attitude. I want y’all to know this Arby’s is turning over a new leaf and started with Gideons excellent customer service.

Day Staff is amazing! The manager which I will refer to her as Ms.M, is very pleasant! Continue to give positive energy and good vibes. My order was correct as well as delicious.

The young man Deshawn that cooked my food was absolutely the best part of our dinner. He went above and beyond not just for me but other customers as well. He was very polite, very well dressed in uniform, he was also helping out fellow co-workers. Having a great local place to eat that's affordable and finally wonderful employees. The entire staff and atmosphere were relaxing and clean. The food and service wish I could give more than 5 stars.
Deshawn made our evening when we we're just stoping for a quick bite, turned into a wonderful evening.. who would have thought ARBY'S right.. WAY TO GO!!

Super nice people behind the counter! They have CHICKEN SALAD back for the summer! I love the smokehouse brisket sandwich, it is really good. The curly fries were hot and delicious. Arby's has diet Dr Pepper which is unusual and welcomed. Lot's of choices at Arby's if you haven't been here yet, and the quality is very good for a fast food restaurant. All around this was a great visit. I was too full to order the Poppers which have cream cheese and berry sauce instead of cheddar (not my fav) LOL.

God Bless Prayers. Ms. Chikila employee/assistant in the drive thru was absolutely amazing between 3:30-4pm!!! Very polite and very efficient in making sure our order was totally correct, takes her job seriously! Deserves a raise per my daughter & I. Wish more drive thru's were so caring of the customer!! Store # 1988. Unable to get through to give the manager a verbal on this valuable employee a big complaint she totally deserves!!! (;will try calling again). Please recognize this great amazing employee!! Thanks so very much

My order is not on the menu so whenever they can flow with a simple beef and cheddar sub turkey ex cheese and red ranch it's a good location for me. O let's not forget my curly fries and cherry turnover

Thank you. The assistant manger Monika was awesome. She took time with us church ladies and we so enjoyed our dinner conversation with her. We are so glad to have the dining room open again so we have somewhere to eat inside after Sunday night church. Food was great but Monika's hospitality is what will bring us back.

We stopped in this Arby's for a quick bite to eat. We had so much fun laughing with the customers and the manager on duty.
I ordered the reuben sandwich combo and the person I was with ordered the fish sandwich.
They both came out hot and delish.
Then we noticed it was Happy Hour and I ordered the mint shake.
OMGsh, it was cold, thick and oh so delish. We also ordered some hot cookies to go.
WOW, those were just as delicious as my mint shake.
We rang the cow bell when we left because that was a fantastic meal.

Great, great, great gyros. Try the lamb one. My husband and I go 3 times a week and get the 2 for $6 special and I get the potato cakes. I love love love this Arby's. They also have some twins that work there that are so cute and very friendly. This place is always clean, great great customer service, fast service fine in and drive thru. I also recommend the roast beef sandwich definitely. I love love love Arby's.

The store manager is the best at this location. She smiled an welcomed me in an made my experience one of the best I have ever had at ANY FAST FOOD LOCATION EVER!!! I believe her name was Joanna an she is the best! The food was hot an fresh an yummy!

Drive thru got our order right just before closing. Food was hot and delicious. A perfect go to fast meal after Wed Night Service. 👍❤

Excellent service and fresh food! I would highly recommended. One server accidentally forgot to include a small fries for my meals but when I came back I received the small fries plus a free meal! They made up for it big time! That’s reliability and excellence in service! Go to it! You won’t be disappointed!

Market fresh sandwich with Curly fries and honey mustard is a weekly got to have....alwats fresh and fulfilling. Fiancé got the gyro and enjoyed. Loving the new crinkle cut fries! This location is my favorite, great customer Service and their milkshake machine always works!!!
