Great service, definitely improvement shown from past experiences. Younger staff but it appears they are getting better

This restaurant has really turned around in the past year . I had excellent service and my food was great

Even though the manager was handling a team member he was still professional. He was friendly to all the customers and kept us informed of our food. Great job

Did an online order for curb pickup. Prices are getting higher, but food is still the same. My daughter loves the chicken nuggets. I love the sweet tea.

Modern and clean. This location is one of the newer styles of McDonald's. I started to place an order at kiosk and the friendly staff member offered to "take care of me faster and better" at the counter. She was correct, and they had our food in a bag before I put away my wallet from paying. Many other locations could take notes on how this one presents itself to the customer.
Edit, 2yrs later, still one of the better locations.

Word on the street is Lee Road McDonald's sometimes doesn't perform well. I found this to be false. A bad service can occur at any fast food restaurant. Today my nuggets were fresh and my drink was cold. If I can get that 95 percent of the time they are doing their jobs.

Derek should be training ALL drive-thru cashiers EVERYWHERE!! He took my order patiently as I was trying to figure out what deal I wanted to use from my app. He was calm, respectful, and even asked politely if there was anything else I’d like to add to my order (not, “anything else?” or, “does that complete your order?” with a side of attitude). No, I have to say I have NEVER had such a pleasant experience in a drive-thru as he walked me through my options and never made me feel stressed or pressured to hurry up & finish like most cashiers do. When I reached the window, I thanked him for being patient with me and he told me, “No problem.” I only came to this McDonald’s passing through coming from Coweta county to go to Arbor Place Mall, but would make a special trip back if I new Derek would be there to take a good care of me & my family! Give that man a raise!! Food was good, too! Hot, fresh and those frozen Cokes & Fantas are smooth and tasty!

The kids and I stopped by for a quick bite to eat on our way to a football game. The people that I encountered were courteous and attentive.

I was afraid to come here because of the bad reviews until I read them, and well... I think people out here are just extra. Got a number three large and everything was perfect. One of the best experiences I've had at any McDonalds.

After our experience with numerous other McDonald's.... This one got it right. Drive thru order taker was patient, polite, repeated order back most importantly took it correctly. There was a wait but worth the correct, fresh food.

Got some biscuits for breakfast. Service was good. Food came out hot and fresh. They even added the sugar and cream to my coffee before they gave it to me through the drive thru. I thought that was a nice touch.

My go-to when I'm hungry and feeling too lazy to cook

This location is wonderful at breakfast. Everyone is so kind and sweet. I never have a bad trip through the drive-thru. They always greet me and my little guy in the back seat. Two thumbs up!

All I have to say is amazing

I use to hate going to this McDonald’s , cause the staff was always so rude , but now I don’t mind going in the evening with the young manager... ( I think her name is Ana something). She is always so sweet and polite. Always has a smile on her face. The rate of service is a lot better than what it use to be.

This crew went above and beyond to make my sons birthday special today 5/17/18. This morning I had a request for a large order outside of normal lunch hours in a very short amount of time. The manager gladly granted my request and the crew followed through without hesitantation and made sure I had the order on time. The entire staff was kind and professional. They really made my sons class's day with getting McDonalds. The restaurant was clean and running like a well oiled machine. This is my go to McDonald's!

I only order breakfast when I order and they are always fast and have the food ready when I walk in. They are friendly and always act like they are glad to see me.

Anita at the drive thru window was very nice and kind. Also my food was correct.

The is food is fresh, and the drinks are good. The employees have good customer service skills.

Drive thru lane was long but cashier was patient. And all the good came out fresh! Very pleased about not getting cold fries and old fish filets
