This spot will be new hot spot in Downtown Glen Ellyn. Great customer service and delicious Boba tea with real infused tea ingredients. Very cool atmosphere too. I can imagine lines going out the door in the next year. Way to go. We are your new regular customers. I don't like my teas too sweet so I get it with less sugar. Customize it to what you want. One of my favorite boba places, and also at a very convenient location for those who live in Glen Ellyn! You have to go here if you already haven't!

***I recommend the brown sugar milk tea, signature tea, and strawberry matcha! IF you have a bad experience, it's probably because you ordered a flavor that doesn't suit your taste. But so far any flavor I've ordered has been delicious! I also really loved the raspberry yakult green tea, okinawa pineapple yakult, the flamingo tea, and other fruit teas/yakult mixed drinks as well.***

I like their tapioca - not too sweet, or hard/chewy- the perfect sweetness and texture. I like their cheese top a lot too! If you're hesitant about the cheese top, don't be and give it a shot.

Overall, a great place to get **authentic** Taiwanese bubble tea.
Comparably at the same level as my other favorite boba places such as Bobar or Uni Uni. (If you like Bobar or Uni Uni, you'll love elitea!)

Also their decorations are really nice and aesthetic! There's plenty of seating too.

Before this place, I'd have to drive about 20 mins to get boba, but now there's this amazing place within 5 mins from our home!

The boba here is the best boba out of any place in the western suburbs. I have tried several places in Oakbrook, Bloomingdale, Lisle and none have the freshness and consistency of the boba here. In addition, I have found them to also be the BEST PRICE and highest quality. My fiancé and I come here once a month at least and more in the warmer weather. Can’t go wrong with the pink flamingo drink with 50% sugar and brown sugar tapioca. Wish they had a rewards program :)

I absolutely love this place! My past experiences with Bubble Tea have been bad, and this place has secured Bubble Tea as one of my favorite drinks!

The menu offered an extensive selection of flavors and customizable options. Whether you prefer classic milk tea, fruity infusions, or unique specialty drinks. The staff was not only efficient but also incredibly friendly. They were more than willing to provide recommendations based on personal preferences and were happy to accommodate special requests.

My daughter and I both ordered a cold beverage. It was tasty and so delicious and refreshing! The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous! It was a very pleasant experience!

This is my go-to spot for boba and first dates. I absolutely love the drinks here. Highly recommend this place!

Love this place! We're here to visit family and decided to try out some Boba in Illinois. We ended up getting the brown sugar Boba and lychee smoothie and it was probably one of the best boba tea I've had so far (I'm a little obsessed with it so I've had my fair share of Boba tea lol). Totally recommend trying this place out.

Fantastic place for bubble tea! Their boba is pretty amazing compared to others. They have a wide variety of options on the menu to satisfy everyone's taste buds.

Brown sugar boba tasted great and I love the option to change sweetness and ice, they don’t ask you though and very busy but good

We got a strawberry Yakult and strawberry banana smoothie. The smoothie was pretty thin- I’m not sure if that’s just how they do it but I didn’t mind at all. Both super good! Also pretty reasonable prices.

Elitea has been my go to boba spot since my family and I discovered it. Plenty of options and combinations, plus awesome tastes and flavors!! 100% recommend coming here if you want to chill or just want some good bubble tea

Visited 3 times this week and loved it each time. They are fast, friendly and make tasty drinks. Hope in the future they offered a rewards program :)

It was our first visit to Elitea. I was surprised at how extensive their menu was. They had a lot of options. I was very pleasantly surprised to see they had non-dairy options because I cannot have dairy. They also had caffeine-free options for our son.

The boba was fresh and delicious. I've never had such good-tasting boba at a bubble tea place in the area.

We had the brown sugar bubble soy milk tea with boba, the triple berry smoothie with oreo cheese topping, and the signature milk tea with oreo cheese topping and boba. All drinks met or exceeded our expectations.

The staff was helpful with answering questions and was personable. The environment was comfortable and a place we could see ourselves sitting and relaxing. I found the prices very reasonable for the boba tea but we've paid more at other places. It was a great stop and we look forward to visiting again!

My daughter and I frequent bubble tea shops and this place is now our favorite, by far. So many choices and ways to customize your drink so that the possibilities are endless. I especially love the ability to adjust the sugar level and add a cheese top. Everything I've had here has been absolutely delicious. Staff are also friendly and helpful. I also really like the option to use the electronic kiosk.

Customer service was really good and patient. Also very knowledgeable since they have a large selection of hot and cold beverages and toppings. They have the register, obviously, but also a self-serve kiosk that I've only seen at one other bubble tea place and that was a nice touch to reduce wait time. I got a smoothie with tapioca and 80% sweetness and it was delicious and refreshing!!! (as it was 96degrees that day) No complaints and very quick!!! I will be back to try some of their specialty drinks 👍

Very delicious boba! I really love original/black milk tea with boba, and they make it perfectly every single time! Another plus is that they have an order kiosk with a touch screen that makes it easy to order when the employees may be busy or you want to see pictures of the drinks before you order. My only qualm is the parking situation because sometimes it's hard to find parking, but other than that it's a great spot!

I love boba tea and have been to over a dozen places in the area and this place is definitely the best!

Such a cute place and drinks are delicious!!! Definitely will be coming back.
