Andy's Frozen Custard

Great frozen custard! Only outdoor seating. Pretty large selection and of course seasonal options! As of early September, they still have the key lime pie custard , which I haven't tried YET, but I am sure is absolutely out of this world. But they are now offering caramel apple 🍎 and surely more seasonal flavors will come out soon!

You can also build your own custard!

Plenty of parking , and a good spot to chill and enjoy the whether.

This is my favorite custard place. The custard is out of this world. I do the simple mix of chocolate and vanilla in a cup. They have a drive-through or you can eat outside. Definitely recommend this place.

This is the spot for your out door custard and root beer needs. Good service, super yummy treats, fresh Root beer!

I really love Andy’s!! We probably come here a few times a month. The custard is amazing! The service is great. In the summer there are long lines, but they make it go fast. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great dessert!

You can't get frozen custard like this anywhere else. Super creamy and flavorful but not too heavy either. I got the turtle sundae and the saltiness of the pecans works so well with the sweet custard. Great spot for a quick treat

I love Andys! I think is by far the best ice cream spot in the suburbs, my go to is the snow monster which is pretty much perfection in a cup, if you’re feeling like having a lot of sugar make it a jackhammer to add more chocolate fudge in the center. There’s always a bunch of people ordering, you can just tell is a local favorite.

Tried this place for the very first time and it was decadent. Got triple chocolate in a small and it was more than enough for two people to share. Very rich in chocolate flavor. Will definitely have to come back and try other non chocolate flavors. Their service was also very quick and no lines at all.

Love their Ozark turtle sundae the ice cream is freshly made love the chocolately and caramely 😋🤤 pecans on top ❤❤

Very friendly staff! I have had to ask for napkins a few times I've been there, but the staff is always apologetic. Their custard is a little pricier than the competitors down the street, but the selection and quality is what keeps me and my kids coming back.

Good place for a quick, small, romantic date would best describe this place. It gets you ice cream etc. for a very reasonable price and is like a street side style place. Only two benches as seating, but it's a perfect way to end a very busy day.
Quick customer service, responsive and professional staff, lots of workers. Would definitely go again, and again!

My kids love this place. It's a great drive through ice cream shop. There is a small space with a few benches to eat there. We used it once but take out is the way to go if you eat here. They have a pretty good selection of unique frozen treats and I've never been dissatisfied with anything I've ordered.

Great frozen custard spot right on Roosevelt road in glen Ellyn. They offer counter and drive through service. Tons of different options like concretes, shakes, malts, sundaes. Staff is very friendly. Whole place has a fun 50s vibe. Lots of outdoor seating to relax and enjoy yourself. Glass window in front of the custard machine is fun to watch while you are waiting. Lots of seasonal specials throughout the year.

Yummy, chocolate custard was rich and velvety. Drive thru and walk up available with some outdoor seating. Staff well trained and efficient. Turtle Sunday flavorful with the salty pecans and hot fudge. Small is quite large. We will definitely return.

Love Andy’s! It’s not easy, but I don’t go very often - I just can’t. But oh how I wish I could. It is so darn good.
And you want to know what else is great at this Andy’s in Glen Ellyn? The kids who work there. Andy’s either goes out of their way to hire the right candidates, or their training is spot on…or both. I’ve had nothing but exceptional (and fun!) service.

Even without whipped cream to top off sundaes and shakes, this Andy’s still gets 5 stars!
