BrewCity Roasting Company

This was the highlight, and pleasant topper at the end of our multi family weekend getaway! We arrived 30min before closing time, and were still greeted with smiles, friendly recommendations, and conversation. The exterior is welcoming, but entering the store is mind-blowing and difficult to know where to begin with the fabulous description that is BrewCity Roasting company. No detail was spared with the genius nautical themed interior design, from the seating, counter, and right to the bathroom! Owners Derek and Cassandra, former choclatiers, are on site, busy roasting and concocting a number of house made syrups (including the Devine pumpkin spice made with real pumpkin), and other sweet treats. Speaking with them, you can really feel the sense of pride and joy they dedicate to their work in this fine local Cafe. Sometimes when experiencing such a pleasant atmosphere, you might expect to put up with subpar food and drinks, but NOT here! The pumpkin and banana bread were moist, bursting with natural flavor, and overall delicious, as were the raspberry chocolate malt balls that they allowed us to sample, since they were so new they hadn't even been priced yet. The espresso drinks were so good, I ordered two - iced brownsugar latte with oatmilk and a hot pumpkin spice latte - and bought a bag of beans for home! The only complaint I can manage about this incredible little spot, is that it's the only one, and it's 3.5hrs from home!! I can't wait to make it back some day!!

Syracuse is lucky to have Brew City! There is so much more they offer than just a coffee shop.

They make all of their breads inside their building. Their sourdough is amazing! Cinnamon rolls to die for! London Tea super awesome! And their McLovin Egg sandwiches are in my opinion their best breakfast item.

Brew City grounds their own beans and sells your own custom blend. So if your a business and you want a blend of your own you have to talk to Cassandra!

The inside is decorated very laker/tourist which is wonderful because more of our businesses in Syracuse should be. We should be known as a resort town and we do not do a good job at it! Cassandra knows what the community including summer visitors want.

The coffee shop will make whatever you would like except for blended drinks. They have cold and hot drinks just not blended.

I have never had a wait here other than about 2 minutes. That is extremely fine by me. They are open on Sundays which the community appreciates.

Expect about 15 or so table seats inside and many couches to enjoy your items. Very relaxing inside. Really love their self service area.

The dogs have their own water bowls inside!

Went this morning and loved my Chai! This place is a real gem of coffee shops! Best coffee shop I’ve been to in Syracuse! Super cool place! Nautical decor there is really neat too. The coffee bar is made out of an old woody!

So unbelievably lucky to have BrewCity in Syracuse, they would kill it anywhere. Everything they bake or brew is 5 star, owners and staff are knowledgeable, hardworking and thoughtful. When I'm in town, I go 2-3 times a week!

Such a neat place. Crystal Springs Creamery milk, syrups made in-house. Lots of options but not too many that it leaves you confused. Ladies were very helpful with choosing my drink which was nice😊 Will definitely return often.

It was less than a half an hour before closing but these folks were so welcoming and made a wonderful sandwich for us and we each got a pastry to go along with it. The ham and cheese croissant was to die for! Fresh croissant just so flaky and tender, nice little snack in the middle of the day.

This place is AMAZING! Fantastic service by sweet friendly down to earth people. The decor is so creative, old fashion, and entertaining. The lighting is perfect and adorable. Music choice is mood setting and peaceful but up to date at the same time. The drinks were highly satisfying and the counter with sweetners is fully stocked. The widow side views are pleasant and the seating in the back hallways are private. I was sad they didnt have whipped cream for the drinks and their menu isn't large but it really doesn't have to be with an atmosphere like this!

My fiancé and I stopped in this morning after a quick search for a coffee shop on Google. I'm a native to the area, and had never heard of BrewCity before - but we will definitely be coming back! What an amazing first impression. Atmosphere is nautical and the space is very clean. Staff seem very friendly. Coffee is immediately ready for consumption, and the blend is amazing! 👏 The bakery items were fresh and delicious. Super pumped to hear they make their own syrups and source their dairy locally.

Great coffee! Very cool decor! I'm not kidding when I say the McLovin breakfast sandwich is the best breakfast sandwich I'VE EVER HAD!

Our family just started coming to the lake this past year and this coffee shop is one of the best things about Syracuse/Wawasee. We are big coffee shop people and this might be the best we’ve had anywhere in the country. The coffee is roasted and prepared well. Every food item is better than anything Starbucks has ever come up with. I’m just disappointed that they aren’t open everyday and closed for a month during the Winter. We’d go to BrewCity everyday if we could!

I would totally recommend stopping by this little place! The food was hot and great and the coffee was even better. Got to meet the owners and they are super nice and made the experience better

Brew City is AMAZING! I visit frequently and always enjoy my time there. The Brew City Biscuit is a must. The owners are always present which speaks volume of their dedication to their employees and the success of their company.

The BEST coffee around. I just get either a black hot or iced red eye and it is exceptional! I am an avid coffee drinker and if I had to choose between a name brand roaster and Brew City I would pick BC every time. I have also had a croissant….incredible! Must try place

BrewCity is the absolute best! This has become our go-to spot any time we are in town and we have been consistently impressed with the staff, quality of the coffee, and the breakfast sandwiches. Highly recommend their cold brew and the McLovin and Everything but the Bagel breakfast sandwiches!

A true coffee shop for folks who love coffee. Pastries made in-house are delicious with a different selection throughout the week. An engaging friendly staff. Brew City is a must visit!

Brew city has amazing coffee! The staff is very friendly and accommodating to all of my food allergies! A staff member also greeted us with free samples of their delicious brownies! We love to come here every day during lake weekends.
