I been going to Dr Kaufman for years and have had nothing less than excellent service. He is very thorough with my diabetic eyes. I appreciate his care and compassion.

This place is awesome! They are so generous. Angie was fantastic and hospitable. And everyone there had a great sense of humor, or at least, they laughed at my jokes. Love this place!!!

Very comprehensive and informative eye exam. The doctor addressed all my eye issues and even sent some videos explaining certain problems I’m having. Good selection of eyeglasses to choose from. The facility is new and very pleasant. Overall an excellent experience

We absolutely love Dr Kaufman and his staff! He is so thorough and personable, especially with my kids. He also diagnosed my daughters eye problems that were overlooked for years at a different clinic, and it really changed her life. The staff always goes above and beyond to help with anything we need as well, highly recommend!

I recently moved across country with my daughter and we were looking for a new eye doctor. We had a very good relationship with our last one and my daughter didn't think she'd like someone else but they left such a good first impression! She went in with a gloom mood and we left with her smiling. It was just a simple yearly check up but they did a fabulous job at making her feel right at home. I look forward to continuing to use them.

All staff was friendly, polite and professional. Doctor Kauffman gave me options to consider for corrected vision based on my needs, and selection and options were great and well explained. Great experience!

3yrs ago @ 8yo was my daughter first time seeing a eye doctor and visiting Dr. Kaufman. She was nervous when she first got there with seeing all the gadgets that had to come close to her face/eyes etc. But the staff there very politely took their time show, explain, demonstrate, calm and relaxed her (much better than I could & was trying to do to. lol). When Dr. Kaufman enters the room, be ready for you and/or your child to be smiling, laughing and even more relaxed with the vibe that he brings to the room. Checkout time on today 3/16/23 appt was @ 8am appointment in the back was done by 8:20am BUT with my picky one with the glasses, we didn’t exit building until 9:05am. The whole time as she’s picking and trying on glasses, there was not one rush, pressure to pick or hurry on us/her picking a frame/glasses. Was very helpful, explaining and along side her helping the whole time🥰…..🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟APPLE EYECARE SYRACUSE DR.KAUFMAN

I was treated well, Dr Kauffman really concerned about my eyes. Picking out glasses went smoothly considering the mass amount of frames to choose from. Answered all my questions. Can't wait to get my glasses.

Dr Kaufman was wonderful. I would highly recommend Him. I don’t typically write reviews but he was genuine, knowledgeable and friendly.
