Dunkin'

Who doesn't love Dunkin and it's pumpkin time! Their sourdough grilled cheese sandwich is absolutely delicious! So are the breakfast wraps. Tummy yummys served all day!

I do a lot of reviews. Most of them have been medium to terrible ratings. Well, Dunkin Donuts don't break your crown or lose your trophy. I'm happy to review the Karner Road location well worth the trip. Not so happy with Google maps. That's a separate review. Let's not mix up the service of one for the other. DD team outshined Google. Again that's for a different rant. Proceeding, DD found my lost order, scanned a code provided with the order and I had my goodies before I could close the app. Hot, fresh & tasty. Then follow the instructions on your receipt to give DD corporation a personal review of the service received, I get a free donut on my next visit. We won't reminisce what losey McDonald's did to my last and final order with them. I praise DD on speedy service, polite staff, clean environment and I got my free reward items actually for free!! WTG

Good experience, line moved along steadily when I visited around 11am! The staff were kind and patient and they seemed to be working hard getting it done and 'grinding' it all out. See what I did there? 🫘☕

I go to this Dunkin acouple times a week. The best employees I’ve ever seen is Tony and Brah - they are so kind and so professional, and fast. Thank you so doing such a great job!

Quick and friendly service!

I usually stop at this Dunks when I’m driving back to Mass from my sisters and I always have such a great experience. Just now I was helped by Alyssa and she was so attentive, sweet. The rest of the employees were also very nice, you can tell they enjoy working together. Definitely will keep coming back to this location:)

I had ordered A cold brew at the drive thru, When the young man handed me the coffee the top came loose and the coffee spilled all-over me and my car. The employee was very sympathetic and told me to please pull over and he would make me another drink. I appreciated his professionalism and the way he handled the situation. Great customer service!! Sorry I didn't get his name.

Let me paint you a picture. I’m staying at the Quality Inn Hotel right next to this location. Me and my friend, as we are teenage baseball players, are famished. We take a gander through our window and spy a Dunkin’ Donuts in the vicinity. I look to my buddy and say, “wanna take a stroll?” To which he replies, “when would I not?” In this time, we embark on our adventure. Very scenic walk. We go to the front doors, and what do we discover? They’re locked. Closed. Out for the evening. Disappointed, we see another drive through over yonder, and decide to trek on over. On our expedition, we turn around to see a van in the drive thru, and new hope has sparked amongst our famished selves. We ultimately venture on over to the drive through ordering station, sadly to no response. Therefore, the only solution we saw fit, was to walk on up to the window! It is there, we meet, who we now know is the supervisor, who takes our order! We are ecstatic. Sparkin’ up a great conversation. He told us about some nincompoops who were not being the most caring, or empathetic customers, and we thought that was gobbledygook. He was an excellent man, and got our order out right away. Never had a better experience at not only any other Dunkin’ Donuts location, but at any other place in our entire lives. Thank you for this great experience. Don’t hesitate if you plan to make a stop at this Dunkin’, it’ll be the best decision of your lives.

If Melissa isn't working or one other guy, (Richard, I think) the staff is awful. They had a really good closer and good staff over the years but most now are awful, especially the day staff. Rude and unable to make an order correctly

Great coffee and food. The drive thru was crowded but no wait if your walking in. For real though, that bump getting into the parking lot is getting worse. No matter how slow you go your gonna feel it. If the coffee doesnt wake you up, hitting your head on the roof of your car sure will.

I absolutely by far with out a doubt in my mind know that this is the best dunkin around. My only complaint (if really one at all) is that I come here every day and just realized that this one is 24 hrs!!!! 😰 they always make my coffee perfect, when I do order food its always delicious and fresh and the customer service is amazing!! I'm staying a loyal customer to these guys.

I see a lot of 1 star reviews about customers going in the middle of the night. I often go during the morning or day and always experience a total opposite experience.

Service is crazy fast, drive-thru has you in and out. Employees are friendly and they have never made a mistake.

Jen, kind of going downhill with only a few of the experienced crew remaining, but still much faster service than most of the other crews. for example, going through the drive thru at the Wolf Rd store has taken 10-15 minutes at 5am. to be fair I've noticed improvement in that location recently.

Customer service A+ ... the cleanest and quickest Dunkins!!! Easy way in and easy was out!! Across the street from competitors? They could never!! Awesome team!

I go there every morning before work. They know me by name and they know my order as well. Best customer service and fast working employees. Highly recommend going out of your way in the morning just to pass by this Dunkin.

I constantly refer to this Dunkin' to all my friends as "The Number 1 Dunkin' in America." I stand by it! Always so fast and so friendly, both morning and night staff! Everytime I bring a friend to the drive-thru, whatever we order it ready as soon as we get to the window. My friends are always in shock at their excellent service!

THE BEST Dunkin to go to ! the morning shift is so nice ! I go there every morning before work and the line goes down so fast

I like Dunkin' donuts because they know how to give me my coffee the way I like it and not what they want to sell me and the sandwiches are great too and for teenagers today that have very little respect the ones that I spoke with at Dunkin' donuts were very respectful professional and polite thanks Duncan I'll be back to get my coffee and my sandwich and my donuts have a blessed day.
