Ellen and Brent at the Plymouth location were lifesavers after we had an AWFUL experience at another T-mobile store where we were misinformed and treated very rudely. They helped us out in a friendly and professional manner, and helped us get the best deal! If not for their help, we likely would have left T-mobile. We highly recommend them!

What a great bunch of employees - All friendly and super professional in helping you the right way. I had to activate service on Apple watch and I got great service. Maggie is awesome and helped me fully with all the issues including porting over numbers and lowering my bill to the lowest amount !!

I visited this T-Mobile store a couple of days ago with the intention of upgrading my iPad. I was immediately greeted by Maggie upon entry into the store. We discussed what I was looking for and Maggie immediately started helping me with my request. I upgraded to a 10th generation iPad. I told her I would like help getting everything transferred from my old iPad to my new iPad and she said “no problem” and set about doing that for me. The new iPad also needed an update which she did as well! This whole process took a while and we chatted during that time during which I found out it was open enrollment for insurance on my phone and I got insurance on the new iPad. All in all it was a great experience that proves why I switched to T-Mobile in the first place!

Clean, quiet store,. They got me in and out with a screen protector replacement in less than 10 mins. Ellen was super kind and professional!

Great staff! I'm a T- Mobile customer, but both times I was here I made it clear I wasn't shopping, just hoping they could help me with my phone. They were very professional and courteous. I'm happy John told me his name so I could talk him up in this review. The other guy was great too.

Got 2 screen protectors for my Mom and I. Brent was A++ in making sure it was applied correctly, despite my one plus 9 being very difficult to get the screen protector on. Would definitely come back :).

In just minutes Maggie fixed my phone and improved access on my home page! Great experience!

It took a little longer than I expected..
But was worth it.
MR Varun Mehta was very informative on my options of plans and phones.
He transferred me from sprint to tmobile
But unfortunately they only had one of the phone's we wanted it..but I will definitely be back to get all the phone's we need.

The experience at this T-Mobile was the best I’ve ever had at a T-Mobile store. The staff was very helpful and was not pressuring at all. Varun gave us advice that was extremely well serving.

I went in to upgrade my phone Reuben was helping me, and they didn't have the phone I wanted at there stop so Brandon the manager went all the way to another store to get the phone for me. They both went above and beyond to help me. Reuben also got my mom and step dad back on a plan all without them needed to be there. Extremely nice, helpful and friendly people there 😊

I went up north this weekend and my phone wouldn't start back up. I was absolutely scared I didn't have my phone with my daughter being 2 hours away. When I came back I went to the Plymouth T-mobile store and they were able to give me a loaner phone. I can't tell you how appreciative I was!!!!

This store has never been overly busy when I've been there. I always relieve prompt and friendly service. They have even offered solutions tech support didn't think of. I always leave the store with a smile.

Cant believe this store has no reviews yet! Absolutely awesome and knowlegable staff! Ive had such horrible experiances with other mobile companies that tmobile and this store in particular was a breath of fresh air! These employees are top of the line as far as im concerned. :)
