The young lady who took my order was very professional and she big smile on her face the entire time. I could tell they were very busy but her positive attitude was very contagious. Made my day. Would absolutely come back to this one just because of the professionalism from there employees. I give them a 9/10

The Plymouth location drive through is fast and accurate. Can't beat the $5 Biggie Bag deal!

I love Wendy’s but will never go here again. I sat waiting to order at the drive through for several minutes. I finally drove around. At the first window there was an employee on their phone. They never looked up. At the second window the employee and I made eye contact. She shook her head no. I waited until she opens window to tell me they were closed due to lack of staff. Seriously?!. Obviously they did want my business. So sad.

Update: Wendy’s obviously made some changes. The staff was so nice I actually complimented them for the great service. The food was great! Just what we’re used to. THANK YOU!!

This has to be one of the Best Wendy's in Minnesota. I have a cheese and bacon potato every day i go to work....they are bomb!!

This is my very first time coming to this Wendy’s location ! The service and cleanliness of the restaurant was spectacular. Let alone, the customer service I experienced in my short time here from Carlos and his coworkers was very warm and genuine . Thank you so much for brightening up my day. Carlos and his crew deserve the highest regards !

Wendy's is always a great place to go when you're on the move. The $5 deal box is a great buy to keep you full all day. The food was fresh hot and the customer service was fantastic very friendly and professional.

This team here at this location is always wonderful. Mari especially, and the manager that he works with.

Not only were they polite and nice, they exchanged my order from another store and made it right! To clarify, I came to this location because they are amazing, I only went to the other for convenience. But never again! I will always come here.

This Wendy's location amazing service and the food was fresh and hot! I had an issue with my credit card not working and they graciously gave me and my children our lunch meal on them! So thankful for their generosity. Paying it forward for sure!

Wonderful hospitality! I ordered in the drive through and realized I didn’t have my wallet. Embarrassing moment and worry over where my wallet was. Lupe was so kind and gracious! She and the rest of the staff were thoughtful, giving us our order anyway. And offering reassurance that it was ok, and to have a good day.

It's Wendy's. It's a fast food joint. As far as fast food places go, it's good. The service at this store is good. And they are quick and pleasant too. Wendy's has always had Burger buns that are overcooked or have too much bread, but i can't fault the store for that. I'm sure they get them in from a bakery.

I change my purse and I forgot my credit card when I was at the window the manger Loupe gives me the foods for free. I will come back to pay but she just made my day because I have 12 hours shift without foods if she was not so kind. Thanks for the great service the foods was great too.

It was right at lunch time when I got there & there were a line of cars wrapped around the building waiting in the drive thru lane. I thought to myself great... here’s a half an hour of my life I could be doing anything else in the world. Well to my surprise and happiness I made it to the end of the line with my food, HOT and FRESH, within 10 minutes. And, I had a special request. So I will definitely go back to the Wendy’s in Plymouth.

We had a great experience here. The staff went out of their way to joke with my kids and pay them compliments. My daughter said to give them 6 stars, I told her the highest was five and she told me to leave an emoji one...⭐. Service was fast for us being there so late at night. And the food was good. We will definitely be back if we find ourselves in Plymouth again.

Really busy at lunch, but that's understandable. They are really efficient and super nice. They have great customer service skills compared to the others in the area. Lunch rush can be intimidating but they handle it with ease. Lindy is on the window and she is a pleasure to speak with. She works really hard and keeps a smile. No complaints here!

We arrived at 8 p.m., and our food was fresh and delicious. Counter person was courteous and professional. First time visiting this location, and we will definitely visit again when we're in the area!

I have to admit that I love Wendy's chili I don't care of the patties fall on the floor or not and then they reuse them. I will order Wendy's chili all the time with extra onions on top and cheese. Wendy's burgers are probably better Then the rest.I love Wendy's it's always around the corner it's always clean more more than the rest it's always clean.Although the line sometimes are a little long and exhausting but when you get to food hot and good it's very well worth it I love Wendy's.
Wendy's hamburgers are completely gross, and the buns are cold. There is not the slightest attempt at making them look like the picture. Cold buns and globs of "sauce" , nasty trash for burgers.

Best Wendy's around. The manager Carlos is super friendly and runs the place super professionally. I go there all the time and the usual host Lindy knows my order by heart. I just say "Hi Lindy, it's James" and she takes care of the rest, haha.

Thank you to the young man working tonight, 8/14/2020 at 10pm. There was an issue in the drive through, and he had to take orders at the window. It looked like a stressful situation, but he was incredibly patient and pleasant. Didn’t get his name, but hoping you can find it on your schedules! He deserves recognition.
